real life continues to be bleh, so I'm still on semi hiatus. much as it pains me, all my long threads are on hold for the moment -- I'll be doing memes and short stuff until I get my groove back. I don't want to make any promises I'm not sure I can keep, so I'm back on a strictly chill basis, but I miss you guys so much, and I want to be here, even if I'm not at the top of my game.

I don't know what I expect any of you to be able to do, but I'm desperate. I need to talk about it at the very least, and I'm sorry for ranting, but I have to get it out. even therapy isn't the safe space it used to be, when it's even possible to go, because I get back and it's all, what did you two talk about? are you making any progress? did you tell her about that fit you had? (panic attack, the term is panic attack) did she blame it on me? that's what psychiatrists do, they blame the mother, and it's like she knows just what a weight this is on me, and she's finding a way to blame me for it. I just, I don't feel like I can do this much longer, and I feel like I'm sliding back into this really dark place, and if there's anything any of you can think of, please tell me, because I'm all out of ideas
