Maddy: I’m totally up for a trip home, we could totally visit all the sights too. The Angel of the North, The Stone Henge, a few museums.. pubs.. and then home towns.. sounds like fun.

“I know how,” Elliott’s answer was short, shaking hes head a little bit.  “I just really don’t like it.”  He headed out the door, pausing to wait for her to lock it before he started towards his car, holding the door open for her.  “I hope your friends and family don’t send a search party for you.”

“Aw, okay, well I’ll swim and you can just sit by the tent looking cool.. or something.” She followed him out and thanked him with a smile as she stuffed herself into his car. “Why would they, are you kidnapping me? Is this where I meet my bitter end?”

SSB Task 1

(I’be been AFK for a little while, quickly filling this in now.) 1. What is your characters full name? Tell us about how they got it. Are they named for a relative? after a TV character? Explain how their parents chose the name!  My character’s name is Madlen. She was named after her grate grandmother on her mother’s side, it’s a traditionally Welsh name.

2. Where is your character from? Tell a story about your characters BEST memory of their hometown. Maddy is from a small town in Wales, and her best memory there is climbing the trees outside her home on the 5th of November, she watched the fireworks and then had a big family bbq in the garden.

3. When is their birthday? Tell a memory about their best birthday ever! 1st October. Her 18th birthday was the best one, herself, her mother and all of her best girl friends had  a massive sleep over with wine and pizza, and party games. Needless to say she can’t remember much.

4. Does you character have tattoos or piercings? If yes, tell us the meaning behind them, and about the day they got their first one. No.

5. Does your character have a best friend? Share a memory! Maddy’s best friend is a drag queen called Bonnie, she’s bossy and bitchey, but Maddy moves her more than anything. They spend most nights getting drunk on red wine and eating pizza.

6. Does your character have a pet? Tell us about the day they got them. No.

7. How old is your character? Do they wish they could be older or younger, or stay this age forever? Why? Maddy is 21, and loving life, she is exactly where she want’s to be.

“Holy shit, you run a gallery too? Teach me your secret to success, please Madame.” He smiled brightly at his own dumb joking, hoping it would make the girl smile too. “Yeah, I’d love to. Lead the way right now Princess.”

Maddy pulled a face and shook her head, her sarcasm thick, “I’m no princess, believe me.” She then stood and patted her pockets to make sure she had anything. “Let’s go?”
