on holiday rn w my parents but today i managed to stay indoors and draw a little, so i drew hazel on airon, 100% inspired by the painting “Napoleon Crossing the Alps” by Jacques Louis David and let me tell you…i don’t like it. i feel like there’s nit enough contrast like, everywhere but tbh i am too tired to care. all in all it was a good exercise, it was also the first time i properly drew a horse (that wasn’t mlp shaped) so yk next time it will look better (hopefully)

I lovvvveeee that Rick left Alex and Magnus’s relationship kind of ambiguous in the end cause in my head their relationship is sooo complicated like sometimes they’re soulmates, sometimes they’re bros, sometimes they can’t seem to stand being around each other, sometimes they’re just hooking up, sometimes they’ll go years (in Valhalla time when you have an eternity or so years isn’t too bad) without speaking! I had a passing conversation with a friend where I mentioned I really don't have many friends anymore who liked talking about Magnus Chase and how I never even find MCGA fans and she just very gently goes "Magnus.. go to Tumblr" I started fumbling mid conversation like "I don't use my Tumblr anymore!" and "I don't even know how I'd talk to people if there WERE anyone!!!" she just once again goes "Magnus. go. to. Tumblr." Come to find out this is the most active I've ever even seen the Magnus Chase fandom and I finally have a place to make friends.
