Drew myself as a Steven Universe inspired character. I would say I would be a hybrid like steven with a citrine gem on my tongue. Easily amazed, very social and makes everything into a joke. Becomes extremely embarrassed when her emotions of sadness and anger come out. Haven't decided on weapons or special abilities. I need more time to think about those.

I did this in my Pixel Art style. Rundown:
*Purse from Shop.demure *Zip up wallet so I can just throw shit in it *Cell’s recharger (dead) *Coupons, because we Ballin on a Budget (expired) *Notebook or Sketchbook. I switch out different ones pretty often *My conjoined twin, my Cellphone *Tons of random lip balm because I lose them all the time then I find them, then lose them.

This was done in Aseprite program with a pixel dimension of 100x75. I really enjoy pixel art and you will definitely see more of it from me. Creating the font was the most time consuming but very educational! thanks to Jordanand Ali for gifting me the Aseprite program much thankful! ALL HAIL BABY MARTIN 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💖💖💖

Arnold Schwarzenegger Day 2 of #caricatureresolution2017 . Caricature is a form of illustration that can render someone or something's likeness using techniques that can exaggerate: simplified shapes, color contrasts, distortion, placements in composition and etc. Almost every illustration I do is a Caricature and the ones that aren't play a major role in character design. Caricatures don't lay within the boundaries of theme parks and state fairs, which is often the stigma that it receives from some outside of the caricature community. Trees, animals, tables, breakfast, space, video game characters: if you can visualise it in your head then it can be caricatured. This year I want to try and show that caricature can be considered as a higher art form than what it is stigmatized from the public and surface it from the hole of stereotypes. I know I'm not popular or smart/talented enough to accomplish much but I want to do this by using my art and if that means posting every single drawing that I do (so many drawings not posted because of art insecurities 😓) then this will be my art resolution for 2017.
