Yeah this'll be hard for some ppl to hear, but when they say it would be different if the genders were swapped, they're being sexist.

Because in their heads, when Robert is a woman, she's suddenly weaker and more scared. Suddenly she's not the type of person who can look superpowered assholes in the eye with boredom and then break their arms if they get testy.

In their heads, if Invisigal was a man, suddenly he'd be taller than Robert, more muscular, and Robert would be scared of him. These are sexist beliefs. The two could have more or less the same body musculature and height. They would have the exact same personalities. They would have the same job positions/power dynamic.

The people who enjoy their dynamic are not failing to treat the harassment seriously on the basis of Invisigal's gender. Yes she harasses him. Yes it would be better if she didnt do that. It also wouldn't be as interesting to watch. The messy is the POINT.
