we're autistic and webkinz has been our primary special interest since late 2007 when i got a lil' kinz cardinal for our birthday. other interests have come and gone, but webkinz is always there! we have 152 pets registered online so far and lord knows how many we've thrifted without tags. we primarily play classic but i check on next occasionally!

Mayor Arte has a BIG announcement about 3 NEW epic items coming soon to the Webkinz Classic Curio Shop!

"Hey there, Kinzville. After fulfilling my campaign promise to bring a new rare theme to the Curio Shop with the Arte Deco theme, I wanted to do even MORE for all the dedicated collectors out there.

So, I would like to announce that starting on May 7th, there's a chance you'll find 3 NEW epic items in the random rotation of Curio Shop items. PLEASE NOTE: These new items are NOT rares, but rather exclusive to the Curio Shop, so they are more likely to appear in the random shuffle of stock throughout the day.

All 3 items are designed to go together with the Webkinz Crown of Wonder and are a must for the Webkinz collector who has everything. But because these new items are SO special, you'll need to save up A LOT of KinzCash to afford them.

Here's a SNEAK PEEK at the 3 NEW items:

Webkinz Gown of Wonder - 250,000 KC

Webkinz Sceptre of Wonder - 500,000 KC

Webkinz Throne of Wonder - 1,000,000 KC

While all these items are expensive, all 3 can also be traded, so you might be able to get one in the Trading Room if you can find yourself a wealthy Webkinz benefactor!

im kinda like fascinated with the variation in art style for different items in webkinz. mostly food but like here look

these ones all look suitably cartoony and have nice detail to them

while these ones look like. super detailed and like. almost realistic. like the third one looks like its straight up using a photo of cereal for the top

and then there are certain old items that have a certain. feel? to them? like

like its something about the shading and highlights on these items that make them really stick out to me

and then theres stuff that just looks like.. totally out of place. i think it mostly comes down to the shading not aligning with the general style of webkinz items

also whats up with this guy. just like in general

i dunno. i just think its interesting (-:
