the lyric "what tongueless ghost of sin crept through my curtains" has always bothered me because that sounds like too good of a line to have been written by noel right but i couldn't find any suggestion it was from somewhere else. but ive been vindicated because i finally learnt it's a quote from oscar wilde, not even one of the famous ones like the importance of being earnest, an oscar wilde POEM. god noel gallagher is gay
