Sunday I went to a birthday party and ran into a rock star! Francisco “Paco” Ortegon (an academy classmate from the 2nd McAllen PD Academy) was celebrating his daughter Elva’s 30th birthday and halfway through the party Paco, one of the lead singers, and a small band took the stage to play “oldies”. Everyone had a great evening. Thank you Paco for the invitation. Happy Birthday again to Elva!!! God bless you.
