Semiramis heard how beautiful the King of Armenia was, she wanted to marry him, he didn’t like the idea so she started a war with him which wound up with him dying at her sons hands.

David of Sassoun

The Daredevils of Sassoun is an oral epic that was passed down from generation to generation. The third part of it is the most popular part and involves a boy named David who’s parents gave up their lives so they could have a successor to their throne.

Therapist: feeling like you shouldn’t hate yourself is a step in the right direction. Mental health is complex and isn’t something that will ~magically~ improve. We have a lot of hard work head of us but I’ll be here to help you.

TL;DR stop perpetuating the idea that therapy is unhelpful because the results are not instantaneous.
