Okay this is a question for anyone that take progesterone for HRT, trans, cis, neither, both, whatever. What method do you prefer to use and why? I have to get my nexplanon taken out in a few weeks, and I don't think I want to get another one put in due to issues I have with healing, and the fact I'm using it for HRT instead of birth control (not a very typical reason it's prescribed). And when I go back on HRT I wasn't sure how I'd wanna go back on progesterone, I only know women who have used injections, but I don't know if I need that much progesterone. I want to be in the male range for progesterone, without HRT I basically have 0 progesterone at all. Hence why my menstrual cycle wasn't normal and I've never once ovulated.
