An appreciative whistle. “ Phew ~ ! Well if it ain't little J-chan, movin’ on up in the world! And damn good to see! ” Cupping his mouth, he hisses in a whisper slightly too loud to be called truly conspiratorial. “ Oi, oi -- that gives me an idea. Next sucker that comes along ... why don’tcha let ol’ Majima in on the game? ”
With a coyly bent finger, he indicates the enticing hundred dollar bill: “ You be the carrot ... ” And brandishing his trusty bat: “ -- And I’ll be the stick! ” Topped off with typical shrill laughter.
