let me help u get it together !
Iβve written plenty about rebranding and locking in .. but this blog is laser-focused on giving u the clarity and steps you need to finally break through ! π β‘
π²κͺ step 1 : forgive yourself
Forgive yourself for everything. I do this every week , every time something doesnβt go as planned, or I slip on my habits, or I have too much on my plate and donβt make progress toward my goals , itttttβs normal. Never see it as a failure. Thinking, βNo, I didnβt work out I need to forget about it right now I'm a failure β is exactly the wrong mindset. Everything is a journey. ofc , youβll fall behind sometimes, especially as a beginner, and even as a pro, there are days when you feel like you canβt do anything. Forgive yourself. You can always start again.
(β qβ ο½₯β Οβ ο½₯β qβ )β οΎβ β‘ : To forgive yourself start by acknowledging what happened without judgment. Accept that mistakes and setbacks are part of growth. Remind yourself that one slip doesnβt erase your progress or your potential struuust me ! Flip your mindset: see everything as a benefit. Even on the days you donβt get things done u can always forgive yourself and start again. But donβt take it personally u still need to keep showing up and doing the work.
give yourself a chance to reset. Clean your room, organize your clothes, go out and treat yourself maybe a cake or anything that makes you happy , go out w friends. Take a shower and wash off the negativity. Pamper yourself: play your favorite music, do ur skincare, light a candle, watch ur fav show movie ect ..
After youβve taken the time to feel good about yourself like a brand-new version of u , grab a notebook and really think about what you want. Start w habits pick three daily habits no more. For example, exercise, read a page of a book, or study your hardest subject. Keep it simpleeee cuz trying to do too much will just burn you out. Choose habits that naturally fit into your day, things that can flow with your life.
also ur habits should align with ur goals. Donβt pick random things think like a statistician: your daily actions are the building blocks of the results you want.
π²κͺ step 4 : routines and dicsipline
Write down what your daily routine looks like. In my opinion, a routine has three main pillars: waking up, eating, studying, and sleeping. Fill each pillar with the essential tasks and habits you actually need to focus on be active not just "aesthetic" don't wait for the aesthetic make ur own aesthetic . For example, in the waking up pillar, you could include: drink water, skincare, exercise. In the eating pillar, focus on nourishing meals. In studying, focus on your key subjects or tasks. For sleep, make sure you have a proper wind-down routine .
Every week, review your progress. If you consistently complete the tasks in your three pillars, add new tasks n habits or tweak the existing ones f. Over time this builds real discipline. Trust me this is my new way of creating routines that actually stick !
π²κͺ step 5 : remove distractions and build self motivation by urself
I donβt care what anyone says , yes, social media can motivate you, and sure, seeing someone fit after 10 years of workouts can inspire you to start but this motivation doesnβt last. uβll see them, feel inspired, then go back to procrastinating and think, βIβll never be like that.β same thing if u saw someone w a 4.0 gpa three time in a row . So why not build your own motivation? Be that progress person. For example u worked out yesterday, and today you feel like skipping .. remember: the person you saw , the person who was doing his workout yesterday he is at the start of a journey too (which is u ) say βYes I can do it again today .β
This works for everything you want to achieve. Be your own muse, your own motivation. Social media is extra . think of it like seeing yourself as your own influencer n your own reason to keep going is so so so powerful.
π²κͺ step 6 : start strong
In my opinion, starting hard can actually be really beneficial. when I went to my dadβs work one day in 11th grade, a co-worker told me, βYou better start hard push yourself from day one of October β At first, I thought are they serious? But by the time I finished this year I understood why. When you start hard with a growth mindset, u notice problems early, face challenges head-on, and develop better habits faster. u also set the pace for yourself when you work hard from the start, it becomes your standard, and you donβt get stuck in a slow, easy routine that can lead to burnout later.
Starting hard also builds confidence cuz when you push yourself and see progress, even small wins feel bigger, and that motivation fuels the next step. It teaches discipline too , ur brain gets used to tackling tasks seriously, so procrastination becomes harder to fall into. starting strong gives you room for flexibility later. If you begin with intensity, even if life gets busy, youβve already built a solid foundation and can maintain results without feeling overwhelmed.
So starting hard is about working smarter not just harder itβs about preparing yourself to grow, learn, and succeed throughout the year !!
Burn the chains of βI canβt,β and whatβs left will be full of life. Donβt fear failure every mistake is a lesson, every setback a stepping stone. Failure isnβt the end itβs proof that you tried, that you dared, that youβre growing. Let your youth be a time to take risks, to fall and rise again, and to chase what truly matters. The only real failure is never trying, so embrace challenges, trust yourself, and live boldly (ΛΆΛ α΅ ΛΛΆ) .
