But I DO have a separate blog for all that fangirliness. If you know where to look, you'll find it.
A month ago, I got the opportunity to get a Zoom interview with Atticus Mitchell! For those of you who've been following me for a while know that I'm one of his biggest fans, and I still can't believe I was able to get to actually talk to him. I'm really proud of this video. This comes from my resume channel that I have on YouTube.
This will probably be an unpopular opinion, but you are not owed anyone's opinion, life story, or answers to questions about their life or day. Sometimes people will say soft nos, or tell you they don't want to talk about it, or ignore your question entirely. Get used to it, because you are going to have to accept it. "I have a right to ask, though!" And they have the right not to answer. It doesn't matter how innocuous your question is. They still do not have to tell you anything they do not want to. You are not owed answers. If you require an answer before doing something, and they refuse to give it, then by all means, do not move forward with whatever that something is, but they are still not required to be an open book and reveal anything they are not comfortable revealing.
