➵ And Lady was dead again. For @cariadism.
Klaus has to know, like, a fuck ton of languages, right? Good ole’ Reggie wouldn’t have let him off just knowing English, with so many possible ghosts not speaking English. And I feel like out of all of Klaus’ training, he would excel at languages.
Watching The Umbrella Academy season 2 on the day it comes out like:
I just want Allison, Vanya, and Klaus to be happy with their significant others ... :(
The Umbrella Academy show runners knew that if they made Klaus use his powers in the season 2 finale, that the show down between Team Zero and Lila would’ve gone a whole lot different.
Lila’s a time traveling assassin. I’m sure she’s got her share of ghosts following her around. And if she tried to use Klaus’ power against him? It took Klaus decades to figure out how not to be bombarded and mobbed by the dead to be able to properly use his powers. Lila wouldn’t have stood a chance.
Make way for the Queen in the North
Watching The Umbrella Academy season 2 on the day it comes out like:
Okay real talk:
The reason Reginald Hargreeves turned the Umbrella Academy into the Sparrow Academy is so he never had to see any of those bitch ass kids again. That’s why Ben is the only one who is still apart of the group. Because Reggie never met him, and so he didn’t have any reason to avoid lil baby Ben. But the others? He took one look at little Luther’s baby face and had PTSD flashbacks at how disfunctional they all were, and walked the fuck away from that.
So you’re telling me that they have a functioning briefcase, no apolcalypse, and finally have a brain cell that’s working, and they don’t even TRY TO GO SAVE DAVE???
He’s supposed to die there!!! Blipping in and out with him fully alive and intact won’t do anything to the timeline!!! He won’t be missed!!! And not a SINGLE ONE OF YOU BITCHES THOUGHT TO GO GET HIM???
The Umbrella Academy season 2 spoilers without any context:
Why does that one Swede that got blown up look like John Mulaney?
Not a whole lot. But a little.
“If you have to use the word ‘technically’, you’re already in trouble.”
-Klaus, finally saying what we’ve all been thinking about Allison and Luther
Luther actually taking responsibility and admitting that he was wrong to treat Vanya that way?
Finn Holfhard could’ve written Imagine but John Lennon couldn’t play Richie Tozier.

Some thing that I absolutely HATED in the show was it’s complete disregard of wargs.
I have problems with the way the show “kinda forgot about” the free folk, but even the wargs? People who are shown in show to be utilized to scout enemies from afar, and are pivotal to the free folk’s attack on the wall (and thus it can be inferred that they’re utilized quite a lot in battle).
The fact that there aren’t free folk on a constant watch at the beginning of season 8 on the look out for the Night King and the army of the dead is a disgrace. There seemed to be no scouts at all, considering they had to have Tormund and Dolorous Edd tell them the Night King was less than a day’s walk away from Winterfell! You know who could’ve been able to spot them from far away without getting too close to be spotted? Wargs.
But no, all we get is Bran occasionally warging with no clear intent, with no outcome or conclusion.
