There’s 125 Days Til Christmas!
Week 1: 4lb down. Cool.
These aren’t just old pictures, they’re our family. And they’re counting on us to remember them. Coco (2017) dir. Lee Unkrich, Adrian Molina
Week 1 of C25K done.
Good bits: can't believe I can still run for a minute straight lol, my knee didn't hurt even though it's being a big butthead.
Neutral bits: not ready for week 2, gonna re-do week 1, my playlist is trash, the treadmill squeaks a bit.
I deleted my last post because I got 3 inboxes and none of them were welcome. I also got 2 comments advertising a sugar baby position scam.
Tumblr you've changed.

I need a ton more to follow! 💪🏼
🗣 im too active probably 🤪
🙋‍♂️ Big on mental health as well!
Trying to make a new work out playlist is dead hard when all you currently listen to is Super Simple Songs, ABBA, and the Beach Boys because it's what your 7 month old digs.
Drinking more water => using the toilet more => going up and downstairs more => annoying but profitable.

I already cracked and ate 2 bourbons and 2 rich tea today, but oh well because...
I RAN! I haven't run in well over a year and I was super surprised because I can still run for at least 60 seconds straight! I thought my belly would hurt and my knees would ache and I'd die, but I DIDN'T DIE. I SURVIVED THE FIRST C25K DAY. So instead of feeling bad about the biscuits (which I don't lol), I'll feel good about the run instead ✌️
Hello.
About 6 years ago I successfully lost 30lb through exercise and healthy eating. In the 6 years since I have put on 40lb. I am 10lb heavier than where I started all those years ago. But I'm not mad at myself. In the time inbetween I went through a divorce, a rough long-term break up, moved back in with my parents, had surgery to remove my gallbladder, but then I worked hard, met my partner, moved out, got a promotion, had a surprise baby, and now here I am.
Life happens, things become different and priorities change. I need a new priority of health right now though. I have a baby to chase and raise as a healthy individual. I want to teach him good eating habits and how to be active so I need to start with some changes to myself first.
This isn't like an "I need to lose 50lb in the next year" type post, this is an "I am going to focus on my long-term health for the benefit of my family." type post.
I love my body, I love who I am, I love my belly and my softness and how my body changed through pregnancy and grew a whole human. I am VERY body positive, but I also aim to become health-conscious again, understanding what my bod needs and what my baby needs from his mummy as he grows up.
So again, this is about health and living it, not short term fixes.
Peace ✌️
