Dear mom & stepdad

We've been through a lot of happy and sad moments. I may have lived with you most of the 19 years of my life but unfortunately you've never taken enough effort to know me well.

You may have given everything to me, everything material and I'm thankful about that but I've never felt any emotional support. I've always tried to smile and go on with my life but as I grow older, you're controlling more every decisions I should make in my life... and I'm tired of that.

I am sick of being told how mylife should be done. Mom & stepdad, you're there to guide me not to boss around.

My decision is to stay here and I don't think you can do anything about it. I want to start my own life and runaway from you! I'm tired of you seeing me as a maid and telling me that I have to learn this and that because I'm a lady, on the other hand, my brother sits at the sofa like a prince waiting for his throne. I hate you for doing that.

I have also been trying to make you proud of me... instead, I felt even more worthless and trying hard.

You never got my back whenever I make mistakes, you even turn out to be my enemy by telling me how stupid I am and how useless I am.

There's so much more in my list why my anger and will to get away from you grew even fonder.

I am tired of all of these. I'm going to runaway. Try bringing me back with you and I'll kill myself out of depression.

I love you and I respect you. I deserve to be respected from when i was a young child and now that I'm a young adult, I deserve to be loved and respected just like anyone else on earth.

HOW TO DO FOOT SPA AT HOME

1. SOFTEN THE SKIN OF YOUR FOOT

Prepare in a basin (make sure that the liquid level will be under or around your ankle:

Green/yellow lemon: the more the better

2 Cups of milk

Vinegar Put the vinegar and lemon together then soak your foot for 5 to 10 minutes. If you feel them softer, start exfoliating them using a loofah. After a while, pour the 2 cups of milk and redo the same process. Once, you feel content with the exfoliated foot, dry them with a clean towel.

2. MASSAGE AND REFRESH

If you have marbles at sight, this will be a great thing to do. You will need:

Marbles

Hot water

A bit of lemon

Mint tea

Petal of rose (optional)

Cooling gel for tired feet (you can buy at any drugstore) Prepare the foot tub pouring the marbles first at the bottom and distribute them finely. After that hot water along with the lemon and mint tea. Leave them until water turns warm. Before putting your foot in the tub, you can put a petal of roses which helps for relaxations and gives a good scent for our foot. After 5 to 10 minutes, dry the foot and apply the cooling gel for it.

3. MOISTURIZING

Apply a lotion to your foot by massaging it, making sure that the foot are absorbing the cream. Afterwards, let it dry.
