1. Sangwoo's mother tried to suffocate him with a pillow when he was a toddler. This can cause brain damage

2. Sangwoo's mother poisoned him with rat poison daily in high school. More damage to the body that traumatizes it and inhibits receptors that aid in impulses

... we know that there were a lot of mental causes of Sangwoo's behavior. His abusive father, abusive mother, the traumatic events that happened. But is it possible there were actual physical causes as well from brain damage? Thoughts?
