Items ↠Pack 1 [3 bottles of cold water, one bag of skittles, a pack of ready-to-make s’mores (missing two), and a medical kit (three bandages, one bottle of rubbing alcohol, a needle, and thread)] A spool of silvery wire
Allies ↠ Anatolia Noctabelle, My sister Huntress
Injuries ↠ Arrow wound in shoulder [Healing],  bruised face & head, lightly bruised stomach & back, lacerations on neck [fading], knife wound on cheek {healing], Axe wound in thigh [cleaned, stitched & Bandaged] Infection in open wounds {killed by rubbing alcohol]
Notes ↠ The cabin that the Sphinx allowed us to crash in over night almost collapsed on Ana and I. Right after we escaped, we gathered our thoughts and decided to do a bit of hunting. We used the top of the maze walls as a faster rout of transportation and to remain hidden, however the breathing situation was less than bare able so after a while we had to retreat back to the maze floor. But our searchings paid off when we stumbled upon a lone Rowan Archer, of District Eleven. Mallory and I went on the offensive this time, and successfully escaped another battle, together. We built a little camp high up ion the walls. But low enough to breathe.

The Aftermath | | Mallory + Anatolia | | Arena: Day 2
I shake my head, glaring up at the sky, hoping that some camera will catch the knives that I shoot with my eyes. “They send horrid creatures after us when we are dormant, and infect us immediately after we dispose of a competitor. They possess no principles that they hold dear to their hearts,” I hiss, visibly annoyed. When will these gamemakers learn that we shall do just as fine without their intervention? Do not worry, the show will be just as entertaining.
Fortunately, we possess something that potentially could kill this infection: rubbing alcohol. Mallory hands to be a bottle of it, and so I commence to douse my open wounds with it. The liquid stings my wounds, but it is the type of stinging that leaves a feeling of cleanliness.
"I believe it to be working. Shall we give each other stitches?" I inquire.
Mallory nods, and so I get to work in stitching up her wounds after cleaning my hands, the needle, and of course, her wounds. Once I finish, she does the same for me. Â
"Shall we move or stay here?" I question once our wounds have been tended to.Â
Anatolia grows just as irate as I. however I do feel more assaulted personally. The nature I create hold bonds with me, and when I allow them to whither out of existence, I of course know and feel as the energy drains from it. But when its tainted by the hands of others, I feel filthy.
Ana quickly stitches up my side, where Rowan's axe found my flesh, and I return the favor. Now making a routine of it. As we did the same after our bloody battle with Arlene. I pull the map from my pocket and we walk for a few minutes.
We turn corners and stomp down long corridors, until I feel that we have put enough distance between ourselves and the scene of the battle. In the highness of the walls, I create what can only be described as a hammock of vines and stems. Praying quickly to Artemis that they remain untainted.
Tufts or grass weave in and out off the vines to soften the bed, smaller hammocks dot around the perimeter of the original, as a place to rest our weapons.
I grow another leaf on the ground and usher Anatolia onto it, before lifting us both to our bed in the sky. "This will do just fine sister."Â
The Aftermath | | Mallory + Anatolia | | Arena: Day 2
We both have succeeded in defeating Rowan, escaping with injuries not as major as those inflicted by Arlene, fortunately. Another severed leg would have been quite irritating, to say the least. I feel that Rowan finally accepted her death once I sent the tree crashing down upon her. Her spirit will be light, free in the Underworld, that is for sure.Â
"Yes, we did. Only nine tributes remain, other than ourselves. And while I do like to have a hand in the dwindling of the number of our competitors, it would like it if our fellow tributes would battle each other a bit; weed each other out," I muse. Only two cannons have fired since the conclusion of the bloodbath, and both have been triggered by Mallory and me disposing of a competitor.Â
Suddenly, Mallory begins to act very frantic. “What is it sister?” I inquire hurriedly, confused as to why she is urging that we abandon our location. She soon destroys the ecosystem.Â
And then, I realize what the problem must be. My few wounds begin to sting with pain. It is quite an odd feeling, and I am unsure of what has happened.Â
"I do not feel quite well. My wounds do sting. Do you suspect an infection, or poison?" I respond.Â
As the ecosystem I created comes crating down, Ana and I are left back out on the stone floor, in the barren maze once more. While I did enjoy feeling free in the forest, It had to be eradicated.
"It was those fucking bitches, they were... I don't know, they did something to my forest, made it poison us!" I spoke quickly as I was filled with rage. How dare they touch my sacred leaves, my sacred forest that I conjured from the pits of their devilish Arena. "Its an infection, it's only in our open wounds, its like they were kept uncleaned for days in a matter of minutes."
I rummaged through Arlene's pack and pulled out the bottle of rubbing alcohol, along with the second bottle from Damwn. "Here, clean them off." I Â said to Anatolia, throwing her one of the bottles.Â
I ripped off a piece on my sleeve and doused it in the liquid. I proceeded to pat the solution along all my minor wounds, and pouring it lightly on my larger gashes.
The Aftermath | | Mallory + Anatolia | | Arena: Day 2
A hovercraft appeared in the trees and lifted Rowan's body out of the Arena. Both Ana and myself were absolutely covered in her blood. I sat for a minute, realizing that we had made it out together, again.
I whipped my hands on my legs as best I could as Ana sat beside me. "We did well sister." I stated between heavy breaths, and picking chunks of flesh out from under my finger nails. It was a shame to see Rowan go, but I couldn't get attached to other tributes, they were what stood in Ana and I's path to victory.
Soo my large gashes began to ache and sting, and even slight burning erupted in the fresh thin ones. I stood quickly and helped Anatolia up as well. Thinking what could be possibly doing that. My body was covered in leaves and needles that I could feel I have not made. The forest has been altered, changed by the GameMakers.
"Ana we have to get out of here." I stated, as I picked up my belongings and began to stagger through the woods. I decided that it would be useless to try and trudge our way out, so with little energy, I clenched my fists. The trees began to wilt and the grass receted into the ground quickly. The leaves shriveled up and popped from the branches. "Are you okay Ana?" I asked behind me.

And the Walls Kept Tumbling Down | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day 2
We commence our journey by walking quite swiftly atop the maze. It is a tad chilled all the way up here, but I am confident that I shall be very able to withstand these minor inclement conditions. After all, we have had much frostier winters in the forest than up here, that is guaranteed.Â
We continue to journey closer to the center of the maze. It is quite simple, considering that we possess a map in our arsenal of items. But, to my own dismay, just after crossing a bridge that Mallory conjures up with a vine, I feel a bit faint, and no doubt it is as a result of the lack of oxygen.Â
"Mallory, if we remain up here for too long we shall surely perish," I hiss through my gritted teeth, trying not to inhale such a surplus of oxygen.Â
"We shall have to be swift. I suggest that we lower ourselves to the earth upon reaching a certain time, and in the mean time, you create a few plants to have more oxygen up here," I suggest.Â
Mallory does this, and I already can feel the conditions improving. It takes not long for us to reach a point just beyond the wall enclosing the cornucopia. “Let us get down now,” I tell Mallory.Â
She obeys, and we soon find ourselves on the ground, in the north of the arena. “Shall we head towards this A?” I inquire.Â
My climb down quickly as the air situation is less than livable atop the walls. We find ourselves in the cornucopia and that all weapons have been picked, however the grassy surface has been replaced with sand, leading Ana and I to believe that there was a trap set up for whoever dared stay here after the bloodbath,
Ana suggests another bluing on the map and I agree eagerly. We aren't too far from it as our swift movements and drastic shortcuts have cut our travel time. We snake through the passageways, not daring to use the top as a means of transport.
Soon I hear rustling on the other side of the wall. I stop ana quickly and order her to channel the ninja spirt to heighten her hearing ability. She does as I ask and reports that is is another tribute, a female and she's alone.
Not knowing who it is, nor really caring. I quickly hoist us to the top of the wall again, to get a view of whom is it. I peer over the edge and see the girl born of Dionysus. I grin viciously. "ready for another fight sis?"
And the Walls Kept Tumbling Down | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day 2
The wall are so tall that at their top, air is harder to have... beware!
I stare down at our map and know exactly where we were. Almost on the very edge of the arena on the east side. Id like to start northward and possibly western. Maybe circle the cornucopia to see if theres anything left.
Wasting no time, I follow the map, now reading the walls as passageways instead of the actual passageways. They connect more frequently than the paths do, so our travel distance will double with less work.
We reach a few gaps that I use vines to create bridges to cross. carefully strutting from one side to the other before disposing of the vine. It was quite difficult to hold onto the paper while keeping my balance.
"I think we’ll reach the center in the next 15 minutes or so, If we hurry." I said mapping our location by intersections in the walls.
And the Walls Kept Tumbling Down | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day Two
"Oh, Mallory, I urge you not to fret about me. My wounds are healing, and it is as if I never have had the misfortune of losing my leg. The only sign of it is the battle scar that I shall carry with pride forever," I chide. While I do appreciate how caring my dear sister is, I do not like being treated like her inferior little sister, even if I have been on this earth one year less than she has.Â
I nod and smile as she surrenders her prodding hands. It is quite nice of her to ensure that I am healthy every once in a while, but not too often, as it will lower my morale surely. She has an odd way of affecting this, but a way of doings so nonetheless.Â
I can easily tell that Mallory understands what I am suggesting. Without wasting even a mere moment, she sprouts an enormous, sturdy leaf. I tentatively step upon it to be sure that it will hold my weight.Â
"Let us rise above the rest," I state.Â
Anatolia walks over quickly and joins me on the green elevator. She steps on slowly as to make sure its safe. I know of course that we will be fine and she holds her balance rather well.
"Hold on." I say, but not actually meaning what i said as there is nothing to even hold onto. Then suddenly I jerk my arm upward and the platform follows. I move of closer and closer to the wall and watch as the Sphinx and crumbled cabin shrink in the distance.
Soon we reach the top of the wall and the winds whips around more aggressively up this high. I use a small vine and loop it between my empty belt loops and secure my items even further. I do the same for Ana's, leaving a large noose in the vine for her sword to cradle in.
The leaf that took us up here whit hers away and recycles into the dirt at the bottom of the walls. "Holy fuck, we're like in the clouds." I state, looking around us. Seeing the other passageways of the labyrinth.Â
And the Walls Kept Tumbling Down | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day Two
Mallory awakens and begins to contribute to the success of the situation. She conjures a plethora of vines which she uses to hold off the walls for a bit. Although it is as clear as day that it is causing my fellow huntress quite a bit of strain. Not only must she create the vines, but she must use them to keep the walls from closing in on both of us.Â
I am quite quick to snatch Mallory’s sheath. I swiftly toss it to her. Immediately, she withdraws a knife from the sheath and aims it at the wall. Upon impact, it explodes, creating a gaping hole in the cabin wall. I smirk. Mallory has always been wondrous at acting cleverly in perilous situations.Â
I gather all of our supplies before launching out of the cabin. Mallory and I land firmly on the ground just as the cabin collapses on itself. The roof slams down on the structure, and it is enveloped in a horridly dense could of dirt from Gaia’s surface.Â
"Tis quite alright. We are very safe and have all of our items. But it does seem that Hestia’s blessing on our abode did have a limit," I grumble.Â
As we gain our composure, I look up at the towering walls, imagining each and every one of the other tributes doing the same thing. Peering up into the heavens from the mere surface of earth.Â
That is when an idea floats into my mind.Â
"Mallory, I have come upon a thought. All of our competitors must be on ground level at this moment, so we shall do something to put us high above them," I explain with a smirk, knowing that Mallory will understand what I am suggesting.Â
After Ana and I collide with the ground, we watch the structure deteriorate. But I was more concerned with whether or not we got all of out belongings. My eyes sprint across the pile that Ana has gotten and what I have as well. My pocket still holds our map and I relax, well for a moment.
I soon get very concerned with Ana. I move her about, rather roughly as I inspect her body for wounds. She tough and would handle it, but I wanted to know. I checked her leg quickly and her stitches in her side to see if they had been ripped. I sigh with relief learning that she is quite alright.
I decided not to address the scowl she gives me. She hates being the subject of ones concern, It makes her feel weak. "I was just checking." I say with raised hands.
But her next words sparked a fire in me. She was right, we could get to the top of the maze and travel even faster than the rest of the tributes. Along with the map, we could cross its entire diameter in less than one day.
I smirk at Ana as a leave sifts from the dirt. Long and flat. "Hop on" I state to my sister as I gather my weapons and pack and run over to the leaf.
And the Walls Kept Tumbling Down | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day Two
A tranquil sleep is what Hypnos gifts me throughout the night. I dream only of successful battles, triumphant conquests, and deserved survival. But, my dreams do fade away once the tendrils of reality pull me forth from my illusions of freedom and forests.Â
Whereas my dreams were only calm and serene, the scene I awaken to is nothing of the sort. Beams of support have been strewn about the room, the table holding the feast has been destroyed by debris, and the walls have inched closer and closer to the point where they soon will begin to destroy the beds on which Mallory and I lay.Â
As if it is a battle against a monster, I instantly leap up. “Mallory, awaken!” I command in a clamorous, sure voice.Â
I channel the ninja spirit so as to allow me to stealthily avoid pieces of the roof as the cabin threatens to collapse. I seize a chair, and, channeling the gladiator also, smash it so as to give myself a number of wooden beams. Working swiftly, I place them horizontally between the two walls to ensure that we will have a bit of time to escape before these walls suffocate us.Â
The night spent in the comfort of the cabin was one of unexpected tranquility. I lay, completely at rest throughout the entire night, not awakening from nightmares or discomfort once. However that paradise came to a screeching halt when I was shaken awake by Anatolia.
I jumped up, blinking quickly to clear my vision. The sight before me was disastrous. The small kitchenette in the corner, obliterated. Chunks of wood falling from the ceiling and the walls barreling in on us.Â
Ana has already fastened a piece of wood between the two walls and I act immediately. Two thick vines shoot from the ground and push on the walls, stopping them but I must strain o force my strength into the vines. While I do so I scream through gritted teeth "Ana, get my sheath!"
She runs and hold it out to me, I reach in and grab a knife. Instantly throwing it at a wall. On impact it explodes the wood outward and Ana and I gain a quick exit. "Get everything, get all our shit!" I holler again as Ana and myself sweep the cabin collecting all of our items.
Then we burst through the hole in the wall and I release my grip on the vines. The four walls colliding like freight trains. "Holy shit."Â
Mallory Queen ✖ Arena: Day 1 ✖ Status Update

Items ↠Magic Sheath, Pack 1 [3 bottles of cold water, a blanket, one bag of skittles, a pack of ready-to-make s’mores (missing two), a length of rope, and a medical kit (three bandages, one bottle of rubbing alcohol, a needle, and thread)]
Allies ↠ Anatolia Noctabelle, My sister Huntress
Injuries ↠ Arrow wound in shoulder [cleaned, stitched, & bandaged], heavily bruised face & head, dislocated shoulders [re-aligned], bruised stomach & back, lacerations on neck, knife wound on cheek, small cuts on arms, chest, & stomach.
Notes ↠ Anatolia and I both escaped from the bloodbath with a good amount of winnings. I got a parachute from my obstacle course win, and it was exactly what I wanted. We traversed through the maze quite randomly until the bitch from Nine had the audacity to attack us. While she did put up quite the fight, and I admire her for that, we killed the bitch, and got out with a multitude of injures, and Ana lost her damn leg. We took a break and I carved Ana out a new leg before we received another parachute. This one for me as well, turns out Damwn chose me to sponsor! After I finished and fastened Ana's prosthetic to her body, we used the map we got from Arlene to find a building where a large Sphinx gave us a riddle that wasn't too challenging. Now we've retired to the cabin that it guards for the night.Â
I'll Be Your Warrior | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day 1
A small, yet comfortable cabin is revealed by the sphinx. It is explained that  there are beds, warmth, and a bountiful feast awaiting us. I am quite ecstatic. Although I never did sleep inside while living in the forests, it will be very nice to be inside in the arena, with amenities that none of the other tributes have fallen upon.Â
"It is in your best interest to guard us from dangers," I tell the sphinx as we enter the cabin, looking back to see that it is yet again blocking the path to ensure that nobody will bother us.Â
In the threshold, I drop to my knees, saying an incantation to Hestia, goddess of the hearth and home. “Hestia, I pray to thee that you keep me and my sister safe in our time of need,” I murmur before rising and entering.Â
My eyes light up at the abundance of food. “So we shall be feasting on nectar and ambrosia tonight,” I muse.Â
I contemplate Mallory’s question for a moment. “I do not think that the sphinx would have lied. I believe that not to be in its nature,” I respond as we take our places at the dinner table.Â
I trust as Anatolia says. She was much smarter than me when it came to the gods and anything involving greek 'mythology.' I took my seat across from Ana and my eyes darted around the table. Just as hungry as my stomach, they took in everything.Â
Plates piled with fruits, meats. Small pastries, chalices, and bottles of wine and water. My face lit up with excitement. But I was still concerned for Ana, even though she yells at me when I am. "We should eat, and then head straight to bed Ana, You need to rest, you've had a long day to say the least."
I loaded up my plate with food, and began stuffing my face, But I stopped in my tracks. There were cameras everywhere and I knew they were live and watching us. Damwn wanted a charming tribute and me shoveling food into my mouth wouldn't keep that record for him. So, as I do not wish him to drop me, I slowed down and ate like I would while in the presence of Lady Artemis.
I'll Be Your Warrior | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day 1
The Sphinx step aside to a secret passage where a cabin with warm beds, fire and a feast is waiting for them. Congratulation you find the answer!
The sphinx stands up and I ready my bow quickly, Ana does the same. As we do not know whether or not we've answered correctly. Its stands, but does not move, standing beside what it has uncovered. A small passageway that leads up to a small cabin.
I look over at Ana and smile, before running ahead and through the little path. Anatolia follows close behind me and we burst through the door of the cabin. We both can hear the sphinx returning to its original position, blocking the passageway.
Before us is a table, absolutely littered with food. A set of beds, and a warm fire crackling on the far side of the one roomed cabin. "Ana, do we trust this food? I mean, will it do things to us if we eat it. Cause I don't want to be trapped in this fucking cabin." I say to my sister.
I'll Be Your Warrior | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day 1
" I am greater than God, more evil than the devil, the poor have me, the rich don’t, and if you eat me, you’ll die. What am I?"
The Sphinx's voice echoes through the maze walls. Shaking and crumbling weak points in the stone. I feel a knot in my stomach, if we fail in this challenge, we'll have to fight the great beast.
Ana's brow furrows. She looks shocked. "Nothing is greater than the gods, nor more evil than Hades." She mumbles her herself.
My brain racks and I try to imagine what could be greater than the gods. Their parents? but the poor do not have the titans. An we cannot eat them so that mustn't be the answer.
Suddenly, Ana words echo in my head, there is nothing greater than the gods. "Mallory, I do believe it it-" Ana started. But i had too much confidence in my answer to allow her to finish.
"Nothing!" I screamed over Anatolia
I'll Be Your Warrior | | Anatolia + Mallory | | Arena: Day One
Although the process is slow, painstaking, I do feel my body slowly yet surely, becoming accustomed to having a leg that is not connected by bone, but rather by vines. I am quite thankful, as Mallory’s vines are just as thick, resilient as bone. I must not focus on the prosthetic, as if I do, it will be my downfall. I shall have to move with the fluidity that I always have in hunting, and refuse to allow this minor wound to hinder me. I already know that it will not. It is not your wounds that define you, but your mentality towards them.Â
I lay on my side as Mallory disinfects the minuscule wound on my side. This one is surely not as grave as my severed leg, and so I do not feel even the slightest twinge of pain while Mallory tends to it. After but a moment, she has finished.Â
I then proceed to break our momentary silence. “I have heard 12 cannons fire. Does that match up with your observations, Mallory?” I inquire, interested to be sure of the death toll. Charon must be gathering up quite a bit of money as a result of this little game. That is assuming these tributes had the brains to bring along a golden drachma. Otherwise, they will spend all of their time in the Underworld along the banks of the Styx.Â
Anatolia does not so much as flinch whilst I stitch up her side. Of course, thats the reaction Id expect from her. Ive given many of my sister stitches in the forests before, and so has she. However, laying against this wall is not where'd Id like to spend the night.Â
I Pull out the map and examine it. There  are 8 structures blotted on it, and from where we've moved so far I can guess that were pretty close to one. "Ana, i think we should head over to this building, what do you think?"
She rinks for a moment before nodding in agreement. I help her stand and The two of us gathered our things. Each of us with a bow and quiver of arrow strewn across our backs. A dagger for each of us. Ana's sword in her hand and my axe in mine. The pack on my shoulder and the sheath on my belt.
I stared down at the map and guided us through the maze. Ana pre-determined a path from where we were to the building and I was following it. "Hows the leg, sister?" I ask
