Wednesday full of woes

I know this is kind of random, but around the time the Janka week prompts were being released I saw a video about the giving tree that was like thirty minutes long, and was curious about it so I decided to read it for the first time, and was really surprised at how thought provoking it was because I always just thought it was some random children's book, but it was super interesting. For anyone who cares my personal interpretation of the giving tree is that its just a story about a relationship. A relationship that can be sweet at times, and can also be toxic, but most importantly its just a relationship between two people that changes over time. Personally thats what I like seeing in Janka content, so I was super extremely inspired by the giving tree and tried inserting them in it. I was also inspired by Shel Silversteins's super loose and fluid art, but I'm not sure if I achieved that look. Don't really know if this is what people traditionally view as angst, so, erm, my bad.

Also Cthoni's relationship with Jabber in this story can be seen as familial or as Cthoni just being a responsible adult if you're not into raider family head cannons.

i think for me personally, 24 was one of the scariest episodes so far. just. the thought of having a baby (i could end the post here) you barely remember being pregnant with or birthing, yet you still feel like you owe literally everything to it. you know something’s wrong, but you can’t quite put a finger on it, and you can’t escape it either.

it’s in your house. you’re supposed to love it. it feeds on you until you die.
