To be honest I find zanka kind of ugly. I know thats not relevant but I feel like I have to apologize for that, I'm sorry Zanka fans lmao.

Originally I was gonna try to draw in one of those super dainty and detailed anime art styles but I got really frustrated and gave up immediately. thats why Zankas eyes are randomly way more detailed than I usually do.

I know this is out of character, but I like to imagine that in modern aus once they get thought their issues (Well, as many as they can) and zanka accepts that he loves jabber hes kind has an all or nothing mindset so he drops the tsundere act and kind becomes annoying about jabber whenever its brought up that they're together. If its not brought up though they act normally (well, as normal as they can) since I hate people who are way too lovey dovey lol.

To be honest I don't really watch streams, but during the pandemic when every middle schooler was into dreamsmp I was into Hololive/vtubers (I know, I was a chud since middle school lol), so if theres any weird streaming edict that I used/missed please ignore that lol. I really know nothing about streaming today since I mostly only watch a few jp clips now. Anyways, for any other chuds who were into vtubers like me this was inspired by when Nimi Nightmare announced that she was getting married and every one was asking if her fiancé was single lol.

Erm, I know this took way longer than it should have since I probably could have finished this in June, but I started being a chud and binge watching anime that I've been meaning to watch for a while, so my bad.

I hope my story telling isn't too confusing in this because originally I was just gonna draw a cute story about Chiwa and Rudos childhood, but I ended up watching Paranoia Agent (I know no one cares but my favorite Satoshi Kon directed work is Tokyo Godfathers with Paranoia Agent being a close second now that I've seen all of his stuff) and it made me completely change like 90% of the story. Anyways thats not really relevant, but I just wanted to talk about anime that I like lol.

Also there is nothing that I hate more than drawing Rudo's hair and Amos cleaner uniform, I don't know why but every time I have to draw one of those it was like physically painful lol. Like how does Amos uniform work??? how do I draw those big ass sleeves without them covering up like 90% of everything else??? I don't even know why I struggle drawing Rudos hair so much, but it honestly almost made me give up drawing this lol. Also if you notice any spelling or art errors do me a favor and ignore it.

Guys I swear I'm still working on Gachiakuta stuff guys but for some reason every historical fiction anime that I watch makes me want to make a fully rendered illustration. I mean ever since the trailer came out Jaadugar has probably been my most anticipated anime of this season, and Orb is probably my person favourite anime that has aired this decade, so let me have this lol.

I'm not really that great at making designs like this, so I'm not really that proud of this. I think the idea is cool with the mask looking like the hoods mouth, but idk maybe I should have made a cuter mask lol.

I keep wondering how much time Rudo has been down on the ground for in the Giver Chiwa AU. Like how much time had passed since Regto's death and Rudo's execution to Chiwa being found.

Errmmm good question lmao. I never really though about it or fleshed anything out about this au, but I'd assume its sometime before the doll fest arc, or depending on what happens post doll fest maybe sometime there. I would like to say it happens way later on in the story (anytime from half a year to a year or two after Regtos death), like maybe mid to end point, but obviously Gachiakuta is still being published and we don't know what's gonna happen so for now its either a little bit pre or post doll fest

Recently I bought the ninth volume of Hirayasumi and I for some reason the narrator really stood out to me, so I wanted to try something like that. I think I might have over done the tell don't show, but oh well. Also Please forgive me guys, I know most of the backgrounds are like undercooked, but I was really losing my mind because I actually kind of hate colouring. I just cant force myself to fully render like five backgrounds. Then again maybe I should have just stuck to black and white if I didn't want to colour, haha.

Anyways I really like the kind of angst where its not a big dramatic fight or something where it changes the characters lives, but more like a small inconsequential moment or thought that wont really change anything, but the character experiencing it just kinda has to live with it. I don't know if that makes sense, but any fic writers or comic artists please make more of that lol.

Slam dunk volume 1 redraw because I want Haruko and Sakuragi to get married, and I want Zanka and Jabber to get married. Anyway I know this is random, but ever since I reread slam dunk I've been super into it. Originally I was going to make a full original comic about janka x slam dunk, but then if I did I would want to adapt all of slam dunk as janka which obviously would kill me, so I just did a direct redraw of sakuragi and Haruko meeting. (Also I know nothing about basketball outside of slam dunk lol)

I don't know how many people are interested in this au, but in this Zanka (Is in Sakuragi's role) is a delinquent and hangs out with the delinquents (Probably just team akuta and a few others), and while he does all of the delinquent stuff like fighting or whatever, hes still is locked in on school because he used to be a proper student and is still very proud of his grades.

Jabber (Haruko's role) is a transfer student after getting expelled from the raiders high school for getting into fights, and now has kind of mellowed out and mostly focuses on his science and only really hangs out with the teachers. despite being kind of a troublesome students he's really smart so the staff either love him or hate him. He doesn't actually gaf about basketball that much other than it being a fun way to pass time, but his adopted mom, Cthoni (Coach Anzai's role) is an ex WNBA goat, and is now a teacher and basketball coach, and since she doesn't have a maternal bone in her body anytime they needed to communicate, or she could tell jabbers mental health was kinda going down she would challenge him and they would play so hard that the emotions would eventually spill out, so to Jabber basketball is sacred, not because he really cares about it, but because he's a mama's boy. The only reason why jabber recruited Zanka is because Cthoni just randomly brought up that the basket ball club got a little bit less freshmen joining than previous years.

Jabber at first would act sweet at Zanka because he knew Zanka would join, and then get hooked on Basketball later. Once he knows Zanka is actually locked in on the team he would start acting like he normally does and be evil and stuff, and he would do stuff like bake cookies for Zanka, but then lace them with something and Zanka would try his hardest not to vomit and act like it tastes good and Jabber would be laughing his ass off. After the honeymoon period Zanka actually starts getting rage baited really badly, but alas hes too deep into the crush to just leave Jabber.

I didn't really think about anyone else's role, so idk whos on the basketball team.

Anyways, super out of character and self indulgent, but I hope you guys don't mind.

Recently I've been putting off drawing full comics and drawing illustrations instead which is strange because I used to put off illustrations for comics. Anyways I don't know what the story is, past and present I guess? I mainly just wanted to practice my backgrounds lol. (ignore the art decline in the drawing to transition from past to present I just wanted to quickly connect the main illustrations some how)

Also for anyone who cares about my head cannons I really like the idea of Chiwa obsessively sewing stuffed animals after learning how to sew, kind of similar to how Rudo is when fixing up trash, or august when sewing clothes. Idk how many people read this manga, but I imagine her room would look like Shiori's room in the manga "The Ichinose Family's Deadly Sins" where any empty space is just filled with stuffed animals that Chiwa made. Of course she doesn't have any attachment to them the same way she is to the stuffy Rudo gave her so I image every cleaner and supporter, even those she has never spoken to, would have at least one made by her. Because of this she would be very popular with the younger cleaners, and anyone who likes cute things like that. I was thinking about this in class so I wanted to draw her sewing something, haha.
