Medieval AU

Costume References: (Broadway) Orpheus

Need some Hadestown costume references for drawing ?? Here you go 🌹

Orpheus wears an off-white colored shirt; buttons run along the top half, but are left unbuttoned so his shirt opens up in a V. The shirt itself looks tattered/worn out with faint stains. The sleeves are ripped at the ends, but are occasionally folded up so the rips aren’t as visible. He wears a red bandana, brown suspenders, baggy gray pants, and black shoes.

He also has a white apron to indicate his job at the bar. He wears this from the start of the show until he takes it off in “All I’ve Ever Known.”

In Act 2, as he enters Hadestown, he looks more beaten up with visible wounds on his face.

And for reference, his guitar is a 1955 Gibson ES 140.
