We are playing this on Saturday night around 10PM. It is one of the best things to happen in Phoenix, so you should come.
"The cops showed up at one point because MAN-CAT did some weird thing with a radio before their set. Then, the power very briefly went out during their set, which just made their weird set even more weird."

SX-151 SYNTH GUITAR by MAN-CAT
We wanted to play a synthesizer with less traditional input system and more opportunity for expressive control, so we built this.
Click through the link to read our overview and step-by-step guide to make this inexpensive ribbon controller synth.
Here is our new music video. It is for our song ‘Chemicals.’ We shot it ourselves with a ton of help from a bunch of new members of MAN-CAT. Huge thank you to everyone who came and helped out.
This is our new instrument we just made. We will be playing it at the show tomorrow at The Trunk Space with Terror Pigeon and Hug of War. Come hear what it sounds like.
Here is more information on the show.
Anti-MAN-CAT propaganda at the time of our album release, found and documented by snailquail
Our YouTube account was terminated and we are permanently banned from YouTube. If you missed the video, we have safely re-uploaded it to Vimeo below. Huffington Post is also claiming we hacked Taylor Swift.
Fast Company seems to think our star-studded collaboration with our pal Taylor is not genuine. Are we collaborators or hackers? You be the judge.
BIG NEWS! Taylor Swift has just announced her new song we collaborated with her on! We are very proud to have worked with such a big star. MAN-CAT is on the rise! Check out the exclusive debut video above.
We have written up our trial-and-error process on sneaking past YouTube's copyright-detection system for our new music video. Read it here.
YouTube's ContentID system detected our Beyonce-appropriating new music video and Sony Music Entertainment blocked it within the day, rejecting our claim dispute.
After some experimental processing (9 total tests of various video processing), we were able to sneak our copyright-smearing new music video past the automatic ContentID sensors that helped Sony pull the initial copy.
The processing has given it a new devolved aesthetic, and we like how it turned out.Thank you, Sony, for encouraging us to learn and grow. You've given our video a nice slimy sheen.
