Overall, Panne just sees the Poop Prince as a nuisance nowadays, and tries her best to avoid him. She knows he is fully capable of pretty much killing anyone he wants to in the school, but she still sees him as a pest. Like a cockroach with a tiara. How pretty.

Sometimes she finds him funny, but other times she is kind of horrified by him. Bel is just. Bel.
