Probably 2.5 stories high. HUGE. Growing out of the wavy cactus. I'm not sure but I think they only sprout once. It started out as a gigantic asparagus sprout. Again, it's huge.

Hit the slopes at @mammothmountain last week. Thanks again to @brianromero for the #KamKnife @stepchildsnowboards so I could hit the trees again No groomers needed. Not sure I could shred any other way. My @nitrosnowboards killed it for many years but needed a new ride. A little crunchy out there. Keeping hope alive for another #snowdump. #greenchile #chickenandvegetablesoup #homemadestock... Start w/the #stock (filtered water, leftover frozen chicken parts, turnips, parsnips carrots, onions, celery, Italian spices). I find that #leftover #rotisseriechicken works best but any leftover chicken bones, back, neck, etc.... Fill 8qt pot 2/3 full w/water. Cut, slice, dice remaining ingredients and add to pot along with frozen chicken parts. Boil for 2.5 hours ... While waiting cook and cut/shred 1 chicken breast. Cut green chiles, 2 medium golden potatoes (1 lrg baked potato), 4 carrots and any other veggies to your liking ... Strain stock. Fill 3qt pot 2/3 full. Add green chili, potatoes and carrots, boil till aldente, add other veggies and chicken. Cook till veggies done. Warm #tortillas and serve ... Left over stock was 3 cups. Add 1 cup to a sandwich bag, let cool and freeze. rather than make a big ass serving I get 2 dinners for two people with the same recipe. I layer chix, veggies, and repeat. This way I get as much as I want of everything.
