The corners of his mouth upturn into a smile as childhood memories flood back. "My mom was nice, but my grandma practically raised me. I went to her house a lot since my parents were busy with work. She made a peach pie that I loved and I'm upset that I never got that recipe. I haven't been able to recreate it since."

His smile fades slightly at the second question. "I mean, I was bullied a lot as a kid. Having more techy interests never helped with that and my dad..." He pauses. "I uh, can... we skip this question?"
