I would die for Tessa. I would find her 200 toothbrushes.
So it looks like Tessa has been using these veggietales toothbrushes for ages, but has misplaced the stash.
My Opinions on Gameoverse
Okay, I watched the new Gameoverse pilot on Glitch and. I need to drop a hot take because the execution just did not do it for me.
The core concept? Absolute gold. The idea of traveling through a multiverse to make villains win so the world doesn't implode is brilliant. But actually watching it? It felt entirely like an "Episode 5" instead of a proper pilot.
We were just thrown headfirst into the deep end without any time to breathe. It didn’t feel like an introduction to a new world; it felt like we jumped right into the middle of an already established series. Because of that, the emotional beats and the character dynamics felt unearned. How am I supposed to care about these massive stakes and dramatic speeches when I just met these characters five minutes ago?
Maybe the most frustrating part for me personally is trying to talk about it online. Literally almost everyone I’ve talked to about their opinions keeps saying it’s an absolute masterpiece, but, they never actually talk about the pilot itself. They are just glazing Glitch as a studio. I want to have a conversation on the pilot not the studio.
Look, we all love indie animation, but "the studio is awesome" is not a substitute for cohesive storytelling. It feels like people (the ones I've talked to at least) are Hyping The Brand™ rather than looking at the actual writing and pacing of the episode we just watched.
Also, can we talk about the deep lore for a second?!
I found the original 2009 pilot and honestly? Seeing where this started makes the pacing issues even clearer.
Originally, Gobbles (the pink dinosaur) was the actual main character! It was just pure, unhinged, chaotic retro-game parody humor.
When you compare the two, it feels like the Glitch version tried to over-correct. It took a concept that started as a goofy, fast-paced parody of retro video games and tried to turn it into an epic, lore-heavy, high-stakes narrative.
Great concept, beautiful animation, but the execution was just... okay.
This perfectly sums up my issues with the pilot. The concept is really fun, but everything feels half way developed. I wish more time was spent leaning into the video game inspo. As a central inspiration, I did not feel it was present enough. I wish we had gags about UI or in game currency instead of just an occasional frame of a level map. I want the character motivations pushed farther, I want the goal of the two factions explained better. Idk everything just felt very surface level to me. It was quite the let down as a fan of Glitch’s other projects.
Gamoverse is mediocre and is only popular because of Glitch/YouTuber super fans just loving anything they make at this point, and horny bait.
Okay gamoverse is AMAZING and all but…why do all the female characters so far have the same body type (and said body types being used for solely fan service ) and why is the only monstrous un curvy female character (crab girl) played as a joke? All the male characters vary in body types, and the only ‘fan service’ one I can think of is dusk (and that statement in itself is a stretch). All other male characters look insanely different and inhuman most of the times. And why were the female characters the only one put in bathing suits? Like cmon. This isn’t fan-service this is just the male gaze at play. I hope in the future we can get more varied body types, im not against fan service of kit or miss information but it still feels weird. And if the females are going to be made for gooner bait, at-least make the male characters gooner bait aswell lol
Gameoverse honestly kinda sucked. Very disappointing. Just really cliche and lame. The characters were unoriginal & annoying, the concept was decent, and the execution was poor.

Scream 7 is great and clearly the people who worked on the film care a lot. They did a great job, it was a really fun movie. Better than 5, and wayyy better than 6. Y'all are getting twisted about the stuff around the movie, but the actual film itself is great.
I am judging this purely on the actual movie itself, because nothing else matters to me. Here's why I loved it:
The kills were fantastic! Very creative but still felt like Ghostface to me. Ghostface was intimidating and scary while still being clumsy and getting rekt occasionally. The chase scenes were amazing. Cinematography was fun. The story & script were good, I liked the plotline and the meta commentary. I didn't mind what they did with Stu. I liked how they used the recurring and new characters (I never liked the sister characters, and wanted them out of the franchise anyway). I was satisfied with the amount of deaths. I screamed, I laughed, I had fun.
What were your favorite parts of Scream 7?
What did you like about it?
There is no moral.

I was like what the hell is the pink stuff but then I realized ohhhh it's you guys's yucky babies
YOU'RE yucky
Why did I have the intrusive thought of wondering how many of these babies I can fit in my mouth at once???
I don’t think this ones been done yet
If I walk into a Subway and ask them to make me a grilled cheese, do you think they’d do it?
Try phrasing it like “American cheese on six-inch Italian bread, toasted”
