4-5 vine ripened tomatoes

3 ounces prosciutto

basil – small bunch

olive oil for drizzling

250 g all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon of salt

60 g of corn seed oil

120 g of water

40 g black sesame seeds

For the filling

3 boiled potatoes, peeled

3 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano

100 g asparagus cleaned

100 g agretti cleaned

1 leek washed and thinly sliced (white and light green parts only)

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

4 quail eggs
