<p>Sa sobrang bilis ng paglipas ng panahon, hindi natin namamalayang naiiwan na tayo. May mga damdaming dapat nang bitawan, may mga alaalang dapat nang kalimutan. Nais nang humakbang pero pinipigilan ng mga tanong na walang kasagutan o sadyang ayaw lang malaman. Naniniwala pa rin ata sa tadhana. Sa tadhanang tumalikod sayo nung oras na kinakailangan mo sya, sa oras na gusto mo namang ikaw ang piliin at hindi ang taong ipinagsantabi.</p>

<p> Piliin man nating ayusin, piliin mang ipagpatuloy pero pareho nang takot na lumaban muli. Hindi pa humihilom ang mga sugat, bubugbugin na naman ng traydor na tadhana. Tama na ba? Tama na ata. Tama na.</p>

Dear Monic,

Monica Gervacio Opena was a little girl with big dreams; dreams for herself and her family. Those past experiences made her tough and keep her going. This journey will be far but I know she can make it to the top. And now she’s twenty. I hope she’ll stay humble and pretty. Her sweet smile brightens everybody’s stormy day. Even though her hands sweat a pail of water, I’m here to hold her hand to reach the top of the mountain and to see the rainbow after the rain. Monic is now a lady with a pure a heart who deserves love. A love that will keep her warm and a love that will bring out the best in her. On the first day of the class, I was struck with her beauty. She always smile and friendly with everybody. That day, I said to myself that I want to be her friend. And unfortunately…fortunately rather, we became friends! On her 18th birthday, I gave her a letter and a necklace with ‘Monic and Iriz’ name inside the small glass-like pendant that I bought in Mega. I never saw her wear that. Huhuhu Maybe, she doesn’t like it or her skin is just so sensitive. But that necklace symbolizes that I’m gonna be her friend whatever it takes. I hope nothing will change. We became closer when her former circle of friends ‘ekis’ her. We accepted her wholeheartedly. Many stories told and secrets shared. I hope she’ll treasure those moments with a fiddle-footed like us – Lorraine, and Ruth. Everything’s set at the right time and right place. Everybody’s forgiven. Bad memories were forgotten. We are now as one. We are the Bitches and Wallflowers. We are super friends that will stay forever. Monic is one of the bullied but we really love her so much. We are laughing as if there’s no tomorrow. We are just happy together but we’re here to lend our ears, shoulders, handkerchiefs if someone is in sorrow. How are you my friend? I’m sorry that this video is late. Let me explain. Lately, there were so many things to do – taxation, midterms, my two reports. Please forgive me.
