Reading Rainbow Intro
Am I the only one who miss Reading Rainbow? It was one of the best shows when I was little. Made me fall deeply in love with books. LOL. I can still sing the intro Reading Rainbow song. OMG, Iām old. Hopefully, my kids will love reading just as much as I do.Ā
Why are so many royal watchers so unhinged?
This goes for the stans, fans, and "haters" of the royals. Both side seems so unhinged that it's ridiculous. I sometimes think that many of the stans want Prince William and Prince Harry to divorce their wives so that they (the stans) can marry these men and live the royal lives Catherine and Meghan are living.
The media and social media went from "Where is Catherine?" to "OMG, the video is not real. That's not Catherine, it's a clone!"
IMO, this mess is all because the media can't get Prince William, Catherine, Prince Harry, and Meghan to dance to their music. Maybe these royal reporters need a new line of work rather than terrorizing the royals like many of them did to Diana?
Starting on Calligraphy...wish me luck
I have an awful handwriting and yet, I feel the need to learn calligraphy. My husband knows some Arabic calligraphy but since I don't speak Arabic, I can't do that particular one. However, I've found my pens. Once I get the hang of it, I'll get the fountain pens.
I'm going to do the "broke girl" version. Calligraphy pens and printer paper.
Leave the Princess of Wales ALONE!
OMG, I can see why Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had left the UK. I'm not saying I believe EVERYTHING they have said (I don't) but the UK media is VICIOUS!
Demanding to see Catherine, the Princess of Wales, demanding to know what her health problem(s) are, pushing all kinds of conspiracy theories.
The UK media had done enough when Princess Diana was alive. They pitted Diana against Sarah, Duchess of York and other women. They hounded the poor woman to death.
And now we are seeing it all happen in real time today on social media and in the mainstream media. Catherine, the Princess of Wales just had surgery. She needs time to recover, instead, the media is trying to stress her and her husband out. I surely do hope the Wales keep their kids away from any news segment and off social media.
As an American, I understand that the UK taxpayers pay for the royals' lifestyles but they don't own the royals. Let her have her peace and rest. When she makes her appearance, congratulate her and welcome her back.
As for the photo that was manipulated. I don't bother to filter or photoshop my pictures. What you see is what you get. I point, click, and upload as is. However, I understand those who are in the public eye from models, social media influencers, to even royals, want that picture perfect look. I see nothing wrong with the Mother's Day photo that was put out by the royals.
The mainstream media are just upset that no one professional got to see Catherine as she is making her recovery. As a result, they are attacking her for not allowing anyone near her. #Photogate should NOT be a thing. Will AP start pulling photos from celebrities, etc because we all know aging celebrities aren't smooth, wrinkle free, etc. like their pictures.
I think William, the Prince of Wales, is doing a great job protecting his wife and children from the awful media and hope they continue to take their own pictures and not allow the vicious UK media into their lives.
As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can see, the UK royals DO NOT control the UK media. However, I applaud the Sussexes for leaving the UK. The UK media needs to be reformed.
Finally, I am sicken that CNN is thinking about going through all the past photos the royals put out to see if they were being manipulated/photoshopped. All the issues we have going on in the US, yet, CNN wants to waste time and resources on a royal family that the Americans don't even pay for! Disgusting. I'm all for the Freedom of the Press but this is just too disgusting for me. Let's worry about our politicians and election coming up, our open borders, etc.
I wish the Princess of Wales a speedy and safe recovery. I hope the Prince of Wales is getting all the support he needs while he continues to protect his wife and kids. I wish Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and their kids all the best life have to offer in the US.
And now, I'm moving on from this mess.
So love "My Happy Marriage" but found it so sad at the beginning. Can't wait for the next season.
My Budgies won't eat fruits or veggies
I have no idea how to get those little rascals to eat their own fruits and veggies. They always trying to steal my rabbit's food. They will eat lettuce but run away from any fresh fruits and veggies I put into their cage. I even brought a small dish specifically for their fruits and veggies.
All they do is side eye the food. Makes me think they are thinking "I am not eating that. Nope. Not going to happen. Yuck."
Sometimes a person just have to walk away from others. Doesn't matter if they are family, friends, neighbors, etc. When problematic people see themselves as the victim of the chaos and problems they created, there is no use talking or arguing with them. Just walk away. Silence is golden.

Iām in love with this movie although Iām having a hard time understanding the difference betweenĀ āDoomā andĀ āDeathā. Is Doom the same concept as Death or is Doom separate from the Angel of Death? Either way, this show is my thing for now.Ā
Doom is about things that are destroyed or lost, so not just death, but also the loss of traditions and words, opportunity and chances. Itās also implied that he causes the change of seasons from summer to winter, which isnāt exactly death but more like rest.
But heās pretty close to the angel of death.

Getting ready to write
I always wanted to be a writer. Nothing famous but maybe sell a few books (100, maybe. I know..."Aim higher") but I like to start small. Aim too high and miss would make me feel like a failure. Aim too low and surpass my expectations would only encourage me to do more. I doubt I'm a great writer but it is worth a try.
