Notice that they are only testing women. The only time cis white men care about women's sports is when they have a chance to make the case that men are superior to women, thus anything they identify as male has to be completely separate from what they identify as female. Too many rich people buying medieval castles and then renovating the interior to look like a completely normal 21st century house.
