MARINE MUSEUM at Fall River to host the First Annual Country Clambake
This will be a wonderful. traditional old fashioned clambake
under a tent at the property of Margot & Tom Cottrell
and their son, Jonathan Cottrell
at 17 Mattapoisett Avenue in Swansea.
The cost is $ 80 per person and is fully tax deductible.
The date of the Clambake is Saturday, July 26th at 3 PM
This follows the Colonial Navy Concert at the Museum being held at noon
Tiverton Chowder and a raw bar will be available at 3 PM
The bake will follow and includes a steamed lobster, clams, sweet & white potatoes, onion, sausage, hot dog,
melted sweet butter, brown bread & butter followed by sliced chilled watermelon.
Beer, Wine and Cider will be available at no cost
Come join us on the shores of the Lee’s River at the head of Mount Hope Bay to engage in eating,
drinking, enjoying one another’s friendship and helping the Marine Museum at Fall River in it’s quest
