Another day another gain 💪🏻
I really should go to the store to get milk. I'm slowly making my way back to tumblr. I'm hoping to be more accountable this year!
Ry and I have a friend's destination wedding in December so I have a full year to try and meet goals!
2020 Goals
- Lose 35 lbs
- Spend more summer days with my girls
- clean-out, organize and set up my home office.
- read more in French.
- finalize the stuff for my promotion at work
I feel the need to update this
I gained 10 pounds
I was forced to set up my home office due to COVID. I'll take it as a win.
I spent lots of outdoor time with my best friends. Also a win in my books.
Nope
I completed a huge goal - I got my certification & promotion before 30.
I am not nearly as ambitious from for 2021
Lose the 10lbs I gained and maybe a bit more.
Start wedding planning
Train for a 5k
I can't get my hopes up for more.
Year # 3 of updating this list.
Last years goals:
I lost 20lbs (currently sitting at 169 for next years reference)
We have booked a venue, which means we have a date and a photographer.
I ran a 5k in 50 minutes
So over all last year was a win, even if I really struggled working from home.
This years goals
Lose 15 pounds (ideally 10 before October to fit into the Robe Rouge).
Buy a wedding dress & book a caterer.
Finish a baby blanket for my best friends little Dino being born.
Travel at least twice
Find a new jon
Seems reasonable for another year of uncertainty!
Everyone has a story about a Robe en Rouge. The piece of clothing you want to fit into one day. Those jeans from high school, that tshirt from college that fit perfectly. For me (at this point in my life) is a beautiful red dress.
My brother in-law and my (absolute favourite) sister in law are getting married in October so feel free to hang with me as I make another attempt at “sweating for the wedding” - does it still count if it’s not mine?
Highest Weight: 220lbs
Current Weight: 169.9
Goal weight: 155
Feelin cute, might delete later
Another run. This one was a miracle. I walked 1/2 of it. But Canadian winters are a thing.
1/2 a bottle in, and living for a low-key Saturday night. Wine, a weed gummy, and Bones.
Killed it! 🏃♀️🔥🙌
I love it when clothes make me look thin, even when I am not.
First run outside... People like to think Canadians are winter people, but dear god running in the cold burns your lungs.
Also running outside is v. different than treadmill running. It was short, with a worse pace but it's done.

I am so in love with these shoes
I had a solid run today - one of my best paces yet. Time to get high, and watch TV. Unfortunately all my cute photos turned out not to be cute.
Also another win - getting high ups my water intake tenfold.

He would’ve already been in my jacket getting body warmth!
Reblog this if its okay for your followers to introduce themselves to you.
Just come to my ask box and tell me stuff about yourself. Your pets. Your favorite music. What you had for breakfast this morning. Literally anything you want, I love making new friends
I MADE ACTUAL FRIENDS DOING THIS BEFORE
Um hello PLEASE @ my followers PLEAse introduce urself to me i want to be BEST friends ok? Thanks :)
Another Wednesday, which means another run. I am killing this run game. Every Sunday/Wednesday/Friday since the beginning of January. I am noticing my recovery time is faster. 9'23"pace (in KM) for 2km in under 20 minutes.
Next - run longer. Start with another 5 minutes.
ALSO, I got to go shopping in the city for the first time in a year (restrictions have lifted enough, and opted for a week day so no people).
I got:
10 size Large underwear (down from an XL)
Those beautiful new white running shoes for 30$.
A new bra for 50% off
New joggers - got wild and bought navy blue, not black.
But even better I had the best day with one of my best friends. We had a great shopping time, a great lunch and a snowy (and safe) drive home.
My heart is so full 💕
