realm oddly quiet, it’s hard to miss the SNAP of steel jaws as trap is triggered ( and hard to stop the worry SWELLING in his chest when she‘s no longer behind him ). just keep going, part of him says------ he doesn’t know them aside from this, they haven’t helped him much ( he could handle himself ).. why should he HELP them? he’s only a second to argue with himself, however, and despite mind telling him to go, he’s already headed back towards sounds ORIGIN.

he almost expects her to put up a FIGHT ( she was a big girl, she could handle herself ) when he assures her that he’s got her back, and it surprised to see it’s quite the opposite. permission is given to help in aiding her get free, and he’s not about to HESITATE; calloused hands already  reaching for IRON JAWS that clamped down around girl’s petite ankle. ❝ alright--- alright, i’m gonna get you outta this thing and we’re gettin’ the hell outta here. ❞ even if he has to carry her, it was better than waiting around for too long whilst HE came back in search of his prey. ❝ you focus on me, okay ? ❞ no further warning given, hands pry back steel trap; holding it open so to allow her to get free.
