Nodding, William smiled. “I think so too. But it makes the fact that people eat crab even more sad, knowing that they have feelings and families of their own. “I’ll agree with you on the crab as far as the trash can theory though, I don’t think they have many feelings. It’s an object verses a living thing but whatever you want to believe though” Connor chuckled, it seemed odd but it brought a smile to his lips. The nonsense of it all made Connor feel better. “That’s deep and it sucks you had to go through not only actual physical abuse but to be questioned for your own character is such a struggle everywhere. At least you found your power. It’s very encouraging actually. Yep, I’m your number one when you need me” Seeing the blush from the other, Connor’s lips widen even more. Happy to see it. “Good to know, I’d like to see you smile more. Um.. you wanna grab some food? My place isn’t far from here”

After beating the guy and addressing to Scarlet of what really happened, when they said they were handling it. Connor just shook his head. “That didn’t look like handling it at all. And yea, okay whatever you say. If you want to believe you would’ve taken him out, you can dream about it all you want.” Stepping up to them he glared. Still high on adrenaline as he made sure to be firm in his voice as he finished speaking. 

“I don’t care if I’m a hero or not but if you put my building in jeopardy. I will make sure you pay for it. I don’t fucking care Scarlet”

what is the weirdest scar you have and how did you get it?

“I have this scar on my middle finger. It looks like a deep paper cut really but what it was from is actually funny. My parents had gotten me this signed Phillies poster. Framed and glassed. However I was putting it up and the frame dropped. The glass split and my finger got in the way.”

Tilting his head as he heard the thoughts being told from William, Connor never really thought of crabs having feelings. “I mean seeing as a crab is a living thing, sure it does have feelings. I don’t know about trash cans though.” Connor had chuckled again only to tone it down as the subject of William’s relationship came up. He couldn’t even relate on what he must’ve been through but he did feel sympathy for them. “Well I’m glad that you came out stronger in the end. No one deserves to be beaten or knocked down and if anyone decides to do that again, you text me. I’ll fight them” Connor pronounced to them. His smile growing much wider at this point. “Well you are really good at that, and in return I want to see you smile” Winking happily to William
