So there’s a difference between All Might and Captain America in their characters.

All Might doesn’t do anything to Bakugou, he doesn’t reprimand him or doesn’t try to stop his toxic behavior.

Captain America on the other hand: Captain America would kick Bakugou’s ass for the action he does and would reprimand him seriously. Captain America would not tolerate what Bakugou does or his way of thinking, specially if he is trying to become a hero.

I’m going to be focusing on MCU Captain America here mostly So in Captain America’s introduction in the first avenger Captain America is shown to be someone who doesn’t tolerate bullies even if he can’t fight them on his own.

this is even where his iconic “I can do this all day line” comes from. In his introduction Steve is at the theater, watching a movie, there’s this guy on the theater that is making noise because he is disrespectful to the man who lost their lives in the field. Steve Rogers can’t stand the man being disrespectful to heroes.

Then we have one of the most iconic comic book covers in history

Captain America was created by Jack Kirby and Joe Simon, two Jewish persons, they made Captain America they way he is to symbolize Justice, Peace and Freedom. Captain America from his roots is a character who would do anything to fight injustice in anyway he can.

Captain America’s ideals and his character always fight those who mistreat others with less power and those who can’t fight even if the odds seem impossible. Specially if the odds of him winning seem impossible.

At his core Captain America can’t stand those who mistreat others. Captain America can’t stand those who bully. Captain America can’t stand racism. Captain America can’t stand those who prey on people weaker than them.

Captain America is a guy who suffered bullying himself, so if you think captain America would stand still against someone who has said this:

Someone who wants to be a hero yet at the same time he abused Deku mentally and physically by treating him like that and burning something Deku considered very dear to him:

Captain America would be against Bakugou becoming a hero, Captain America would not stand for what Bakugou has done. That’s the difference between all might and Captain America. All might has done nothing to stop Bakugou because of the writer of BNHA
