Obito and Kakashi as children as adults

One thing with Kakashi thinking Obito was dead all those years was, of course, his memory of Obito being as a small child, and not a grown man. He died as a little boy. In the Pain arc, we see a vision of Grown Kakashi being pulled by a child Obito , as in Kakashi's mind, Obito died as a little boy.

Something about the reveal that Obito was still alive. The fact that they are now both full-size adults...was kind of poetic? Like it adds another layer of shock, that Obito was also growing into a full size adult this whole time. And , if anything, is a bit taller and better built than Kakashi. I don't know what it is, but it adds to the emotional element of the reveal.
