Happy Saturday all! Yesterday, I began to think about how my year went. It has been a really tough year for myself and my family. However, there has been one thing that I greatfull has not happened. I haven’t gotten covid again (at least not yet). As we get closer to the end of this year, think about what you might be most greatfull for this year. Until next time, keep eating your greens.
Chest and Shoulder Day
Good evening! So today, I worked my shoulder and chest strength. Boy, am I feeling it now. Working out both your shoulders and chest definitely helps to build up your upper body strength.
