The puppy pack is preparing to leave for college in a few months and has decided to combine some mid-summer away scrimmages with a bonding trip. What could go wrong when they stumble onto a motel on a dark desert highway?

Big thank you to @rd-eternity for helping plan this whole thing out and continuing to support me as i make it longer and longer and more in depth. This fic is gonna be fun! We get to take a look into each of the puppy pack members’ heads as the Motel screws with them.

Whumptober Day 30: “It’s okay, just to say, ‘I’m not okay’.” | Borrowed Clothing | Bridal Carry | “Not much longer…”

Summary: Theo and Liam fight better together, they learn as much in the hospital. Do they stay so in sync afterward, when Liam starts getting worse and worse?

“Do you have to be anywhere?” Liam asks.  Theo shakes his head.  Without the Dread Doctors directing him around, he’s a lost wolf without a den to return home to.  “Can you stay for a while.”  He winces in pain when he tries putting pressure on his leg, color draining from his face.  “You don’t-” “I can stay,” he says.  Liam sways on his feet, eyes fluttering.  “Let’s sit you down.”   They don’t get the chance.  The beta’s eyes roll back in his head and he falls.  In the same movement he catches him with an arm behind the back, Theo scoops his other underneath Liam’s legs, so his knees are tucked over his elbow.  He nearly stumbles at the added weight, but hoists Liam up against his chest.  His own shoulder burns in pain.  Bullet wounds take longer to heal when the bullet is still inside, and when his body is trying to patch up other cuts and bruises at the same time.  Liam’s head falls back, his muscles going slack, completely limp in his grasp. Getting up the stairs is a challenge, almost falling with an unconscious Liam in his arms.  He has no idea where his bedroom is, just follows where his scent is strongest.  He kicks the door open with one foot, adjusting Liam in his arms.  The beta shifts, neck tipping back, hair tickling Theo’s forearm.   Gently as he can, he sets Liam down his bed, sliding his arms from underneath him.  He puts a hand on his forehead, skin burning up.  Every part of the room has different scents, all so uniquely Liam.  Being in his space makes it hard to keep a handle on his own chemosignals, with how much he wants to sink into Liam’s.  That’ll have to wait.

i love watching the 'thiam staring at each other' compilations because you can differentiate what theo feels towards liam and viceversa pretty clearly.

liam looks at theo as if the chimera is still someone he can't quite figure out, like he's enthralled by him but still trying to be cautious, even if at this point it's completely useless. you can see that he's interested, but most of the times there's that fade sense of wanting to take a step back.

he's starting to trust this boy who has been a threat in the past, and it's clearly something that takes a toll on him.

liam wants to trust theo, and deep down he does even if he doesn't realise it yet.

he's just deeply mesmerized by liam in a way that is so OBVIOUS. you would think that him being a former bad guy and whatever would make him a bit more restrained but really he just does not seem to care at all. (except for that one time he gets free'd out of the cell by liam and the sheriff and says that they don't need to trust each other and whatever)

he's amazed by the fact that this relentless, passionate and strong boy exists. theo understands liam and wants to help him all the way throughout s6, learns how to get him to control his senses and impulsions.

it's beautiful to see the way theo stares at liam because it holds such care and fondness and CURIOSITY behind it, it's powerful.

I was thinking there could be a chance you don't realize your likes are public. Tumblr puts them in my feed as "liked by a blog you follow", not sure if that's a new feature but I've only noticed it recently. Though those are semi-anonymous because you have to go find the blog to know who it is. Hi fun fact, colors do have meaning and there is a legit thing called color theory. Red does has more positive connotations than negative like the @mintymaiden said. Red is associated with more love, lust, passion than blood and death just like the chart shows you but If you want, here’s a link for you to check it out yourself. I like that the presumption here is that “No One On Tumblr Has Heard of Color Theory, Let Me Explain in Depth” rather than simply acknowledging that the VISUAL EFFECTS of this particular color choice, applied in the manner it was, can still amount to “this is a hospital and that looks like blood”

like, color theory doesn’t exist in a vacuum. If your design of choice for Blood Red Paint is asymmetric splatters and sploches against the wall, or in this case, a snail trail on the hallway’s floor, an infographic won’t override the viewers’ instinct.
