It’s not his birthday but this is absolutely adorable. 

I can’t get this to translate into a full sentence that makes sense but basically the first second panel Ayumi is saying that his face is red but he either does or doesn’t seem hot. The third panel says ‘Shinozaki’ so it must be Yoshiki either answering that it has something to do with her or asking her to stop.
