Black and white series.
Period
The shy dot ending your sentence -sits quietly to bring finality. To a memory of your presence, to a tragedy called you and me. - MarylieC.
Taken Dec.29,2014.From the bus window.
INDIVIDUALITY
I dipped my feet, in the waters that you are yet to meet. Inhaled the air, of the atmosphere you couldn't bare. Witnessed the phases of life when it fell to pieces. Through it all I emerged, fought the urge to quit and sit and watch you take the road of easy and safe. -MarylieC.

A Counting lesson
One,two,three Count to infinity.
One and not a pair. My life when I had no one to share, my dreams, time and care.
Two like a dream come true. Sealed with an ‘I do’, but we didn’t have a clue.
Three are the conditional words. With a replaceable verb. Love or hate, whichever you can afford.
Infinity- a numerical uncertainty, and my heart’s destiny. Countless pieces reflecting fragility. -MarylieC.

The Option
There's a blanket, resting in your closet. Waiting to be picked, when your sheets grow weak.
A pill aging in your pocket, like a picture in a locket. Untouched 'til the light of dawn crawls, but sleep undrawn.
Buried under the scene, are options, unnoticed, unseen. That's how you made me feel, when I thought "us" could be real. -MarylieC.
The Option || 365 Days of Poetry | Day 6
We are everything in between, but never the real thing.
-maryliec
We are the cure to each other's boredom.
Blindspot
Eyes that blink in synchrony with swift see finitely.
The ground not the sand. The white, not the wavelengths that divide.
The children not their youth. The scars not the beauty left by the wounds.
All you can see is the iridescent surface that blinds.
A glance is what you do, with the world that stares at you. -MarylieC.
365 DAYS OF POETRY | Day 5
SORRY STRANGER MY BROWSER CRASHED. T_T AND I FORGOT THE CODE YOU GAVE ME. THE POEMS? I would love to contribute to your page. But how?
Paper Boats
Raindrops falling, restless, colliding. Paper boats sailing, in this rainy evening. You came home to me, pleading and crying. "But you wanted to be free?" I kept wondering. There's no reason to be in the place where you once flee. Long ago, I asked you to stay, but you left me in the rain, begging and trying, then the current carried you away. -MarylieC.

Art of the day.
See through my lenses.
As the dark dissolves in the morning sky, Comes your foreseen goodbye. Your final kiss,a fleeting bliss. These moments I will forever miss.
