“ It’s just a scratch, dear. Don’t you worry about me.” Latika spoke in a soft tone. Trying to assure the young man she was fine. Even if the bullet grazes seemed deep. She had dealt with worse in her younger years. A medkit would suffice in aiding her. 

“ Are you alright? Did you get hurt?” The boy looked young. Too young for her liking to see in the Apex games.

“Do you need to sit down?” 

“ Oh, I’m quite alright, you sweet thing. I just.. need to take a moment to catch my breath.”  Stopping for a quick second, Latika gave her new masked friend a small smile,  leaning on a large rock for cover, she took the opportunity to wipe the sweat off her forehead. “ I’m sorry. It’s been some time since i’ve been in the battlefield.”

“This is no place to take a nap.” 

“Why is there a body out here?” 

“I’ll catch you if you keel over.”

“No..no you can not.  Merely thinking out loud.  My apologies.” The angel would say as she looked down at the other woman.  Letting go of the scale, letting it float where it was, as she slowly came down to one knee, to lean in somewhat and get a better look at the woman.  “You have some instruments, I have never seen before…Interesting..”

Lowering down to her knees, Latika lowered her head in respect to what she believed was a deity. Obviously, no being on earth could radiate such a celestial aura such as the giant woman in front of her. Quickly unarming her weapons, Latika placed them in front of her for the other to see.
