✨Matcha Faery's list of rules✨
Do not go over 800cal.
Do not go under 600cal, to prevent binging.
Intermittent fasting from 10/11/12pm to 4/5/6pm.
Drink 2L of water everyday.
Buy and eat the food you crave, it doesn't matter if it's not healthy.
Take your vitamins and omega oil everyday.
Use mouthwash often.
Drink a cup of Matcha tea every morning.
If you're feeling cold, don't stay uncomfortable. Take a hot shower and cover up with cosy shirts.
Exercise regularly to avoid skinny fat and boost bmr : go to the gym, run at home, do crunches, plank, squat.
Restaurants or takeouts : only if you really crave it, and only once a week. Do not overeat, cut the meal in half and save the rest for the next day.
Get ur beauty sleep. Try to go to bed early, take your medication to fall asleep quickly (melatonine + plants), don't stay on the phone too long. Change your sheets often.
Skip breakfast and lunch. You can have a snack. Eat dinner as late as possible, to avoid night binge. (ie 5pm, 7pm and 9pm)
Eat a little snack before going to the gym, or bring it with you.
When you are laying in bed or on the couch, do exercises (plank, getting your legs up, etc...)
Don't binge, especially not on sugary or greasy stuff ! You will be hurting afterwards (migraine, nausea, vomiting...) and wish you had never done it.
Use appetite suppressant (incense burning, peppermint essential oil, scented candles, cinnamon, matcha, caffeinated zero cal sodas).
