Good luck Amlo, good luck Mexico! We need some good news after the victories of Trump and Doug Ford (in Ontario). Show there can be another way. I am sure the US and the right wing “think tanks” will do all they can to scupper any progress in Mexico.

Fire

The last thing I expected to be doing when returning from a great conference was standing in the road in the early hours watching a fire in one of our university buildings. Wednesday last week I was doing just that. From around 10pm to 1:30am I watched in dismay before realising that I may as well go home to bed and deal with the aftermath the next day.

I was in San Antonio, Texas in March - a nice city. We had some great sunsets.
