One thing I can’t forgive Heroes for is at the very start. They could have had the gayest couple ever- Matthinder, they could have done Matthinder. And left Daphne to live very happily racing the lines of morally grey. But instead of the entire demonizing Janice plotlines they could have done “oh its not working because Matt is gay”. Or bisexual. But definitely into Mohinder at any rate. And they could have raised Molly. And Matty Jr. could have spent the weekends with his big sister Molly. And they could have taken in any other Evo babies. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

Or even not. They could have had a functioning co-parent system that didn’t rely on romance and sex and just been platonic af like occasionally they would call a babysitter or leave Molly with like Peter and they would take the night off and just go to a sports bar and yell at the tv enthusiastically because even tho neither cared about sports it was just a normal activity and they could just enjoy each others company like a pair of normal bros.

What I’m saying is I need semi-functional Matthinder and for Molly to be alive, okay?
