Behind the scenes: One major. Two shows. A whole lot of people.
To the stage. We have adorable k-9's and their wonderful humans. Lots of fun.
Flipped through my sketchbook. Found old do now sketches. It's been a while.
The exhibit has to be a hit. Lots of hard work went into making this possible. That's my jacket and tank on the mannequin.
My patches in one letter. It took a while.
Thanks to Os who took the class out to observe and draw. I was looking forward to it all day. The girl I had decided to draw moved after 15 minutes into drawing. Luckily I had already drawn the figure first. It was a great Friday.
During the photo shoot with my model, I got to sneak in a few pictures. It was loads of fun. Thanks to my model, Arlene, and my photographer, Natasha, for making this happen!!!
My model on the runway with the denim Jacket, black choker and recycled plaid tank top. How it all came together, I couldn't be happier with the result.
The FairyTale Fashion exhibit at FIT was out of this world. So simply intricate that no one word can be used to describe something that contradicts itself in the process. Really inspirational.
What started out as a shirt dress ended up as a sleeveless and collarless jacket. Progress: everything except the front bottom panels have been baste stitched.
DoNow- My consumer market supports my brand's pov because this denim jacket is not your average piece. It's not even a proper jacket, it started from a shirt dress but ended up a jacket.
So far, so good. Still more to work on.
Extra trip pics. Amazing places to revisit and gather up the piece to make the denim dress even better.
Class trip earlier. Made a good day out of a very stuffy one. The weather worked out perfectly!!!
Did some life inking/painting. I think I did a decent job.
My favorite villains in one place???!!! Like spell block tango done on ToddyRockstar's channel!!!
