staying up till 4:30 to finish she-hulk: attorney at law was not my best decision.
i feel bad for the writers. they tried to subvert the tropes of the genre by literally showing an algorithm being in charge of the story and then making the mc literally talk a bunch of code into changing the climax of the finale, and it still managed to break not one hair of new ground.
it's sad. i am sure a lot of people did their best, but it's hard to watch the show and not see the sweat and tears of the frenzied production team all over the screen.
and the writing.. either the writers aren't very good at writing in this genre, or they are, but they had to acquiesce to.. whatever this was.
i'm not much of a writer, but, my one suggestion for season 2???
if a medium-aware character is not set up to have total power over their own reality early on, consider not writing them remaking their own reality randomly at the expense of plot, and consider writing them to be *taking action within the story you put them in*??? to make the conclusion of the story feel more rewarding????
