I think Mohan's story will be resolved next season like Collins.
Whitaker is an intern or did I miss something? He may be Robby’s guy but he's not his second on command. Why is he acting like one then? He simply doesn't have the knowledge or experience of an attending or R4.
As the ER chief, the right thing for Robby to do would have been to clear the air between Santos and Langdon since secrets involved OR gave Santos a heads up about Langdon’s return and having to work with him OR at least make it clear that they needed to find a way to work together professionally and move forward.
Instead, he planned his departure before Langdon’s return and to blindside and leave Santos to handle the situation on her own. What kind of a supervisor is that!
Santos complaining about one time someone was an asshole to her as if she’s not always an asshole to everyone is kinda funny.
If Santos felt like Langdon wasn’t being punished, Why didn't she speak up? She had 10 months to say something?
And more Does Santos know everything transparented between Langdon and administration when he self reported? Is it even her place to demand?
The show isn't clear about what happened between Langdon self reported what exactly and being back. we got bits that don't fit together.
Santos is free to accept or reject Langdon's apologies, but in no way does she have the right to give him an ultimate. This isn’t about how she sees justice.
This is important... how some people can take advantage of an addict wanting to make amends.
Yes, sometimes people don't forgive because the damage was so big (not in Santos case though)
I really hope the show explores this part. Langdon draws boundaries, and we see Santos getting a reality check on her own flaws, trauma affecting how she treats Langdon and patients
Langdon was self-reported, but still the hospital would have to check his records and prescriptions. Investigate.
Langdon seemed at ease when confessing to Louis about stealing his med like it was already on record.
Langdon done his part apologising to Santos. She doesn't get to demand him to publicly shame himself or anything actually. If anything, she seemed jealous he is still likeable by people.
1. Why didn't Santos resent Robby, even though he protected Langdon from facing the consequences she believes he deserves?
2. Santos said everyone treated her like a pariah because of Langdon, but then this episode, she said only three people knew that Langdon stole pills and he self reported... Which version is true?
Langdon treated his addiction but not his back injury, the underlying condition?
Park saving Emma... I need this story please.
I want to know what Dana found on her inventory season 1?
The Pitt had 9 episodes to show us Santos was really outcasted by the staff but didn't.
I don't understand The Rookie obsession with Bailey.
I want the balance in writing back. The way all the characters were treated fairly in the earlier seasons.
Tim isn't incompetent. Lucy isn’t always right. Nolan should hold accountable for his many mistakes. Celina isn't respectful most of the time.
In which episode will Abbot appear?
I'm so over Robby and his whole petty act.
I need season 2 to end with Langdon shouting at Robby and realising he doesn't need to act like a dog and beg on his hands and knees for forgiveness of everyone in that workplace. A lot of people find god when battling an addiction; but the show seems to be doing it very heavy handedly.
They seem to be pushing the "I must apologize and read off these quotes I've learnt" cause everyone expects it of me. His apologies while I believe are sincere. Are not honest. In the sense that their rehearsed.
True forgiveness isn't "I'm sorry" and getting an "that's okay" in response. For Langdon it's being welcomed back into the fold. And I don't feel like most of them are gonna do that until he has it out with Robby.
