Wonderful NBC Today interview of Matthew Goode promoting Freud's Last Session back in December. Just a few goode bits, watch the full interview for sound and more goodeness on YouTube (link ⬇️).

The first 2 gifs are not on the YouTube version but from a recording with the preview. Matthew was slightly confused which camera to look at, because, as he said, it's easier when you are playing a part, and the rest of the time he wants to be in his house with the kids. Aw, he is impossibly adorable!!

I love how he recorded Anthony Hopkins's part of the script in a "cod Viennese accent' and rehearsed in the bath 🤣

And also, mussing his mad hair (which we know now he was growing for Abigail, such a dark horse).

Simon and Nell are in hysterics over some drama going on with their friends. And I am in hystetics watching them. The best, most genuine and contagious laughter I have seen on screen, amazing chemistry. Matthew laughing into a cushion just killed me off. Priceless. Love this film.

That was so genuine. Watching them crack up as the story unfolded - I was laughing with them. I wasn't really listening to the story - but just adored their reaction to it. Very funny.
