Everything You Need To Know About Vaginal Discharge
Nobody really talks about vaginal discharge. Why? Well, in the grand scheme of vaginal news, itâs not really a very sexy topic. Itâs not as interesting as periods, and itâs definitely not the most thrilling thing to hear about when youâre learning about puberty. Nobody is talking about their vaginal discharge with their friends or anything like that either. And yet, everyone with a vagina has to deal with it. When you think about it, discharge might be one of the most taboo topics about the human body. Think about it, people are more likely to talk about their bowel movements than the mucus-like substance coming out of their vagina everyday!
Maybe the lack of discussion about it explains why so many people are so uninformed and confused by their vaginal discharge. If youâre one of those people, itâs time to get schooled. So hereâs everything you need to know about vaginal discharge. Youâre definitely going to pay more attention to that weird stuff coming out of your vag from now on.
Okay but seriously though, Iâm so glad thereâs a post addressing how fucking taboo it is to talk about it. Itâs ridiculous. I remember when I was like 12-13 I thought my body was fucked up because NO ONE decided to tell me what was going on with my body, not even health teachers. The first time I heard âdischargeâ from a health class, doctor, or anyone really, was when talking about STDâs. Thatâs it. But itâs something thatâs constantly there everyday?? To this day it still blows my mind how messed up it is that people are so hush hush about it.
Iâm so mad. For years Iâve always thought that there was something wrong with me. No one tells you about normal everyday discharge and it seriously fucked me up for years. Last year, the last time I went to my OBGYN, I asked my doctor about it and all casually she tells me âItâs totally normal and happens to everyoneâ. Like why doesnât anyone say this to young girls so they know theyâre not fucked up? Like Iâm 19 and I just found out a few months ago itâs normal. This is not okay.
HAPPY TO KNOW THAT MY ARTICLE WAS INFORMATIVE FOR YâALL!

I think if I've studied anything these past few years, it's how to pass as sober
hey um, i hope this isn't offensive and i don't mean anything offensive by it, and this is 100% not sarcastic, but could you tell me what truscum is? sorry ;;
From what I understand (I am definitely not the go-to authority on this so if someone else has better info please feel free to add it) itâs a group of people who believe that body dysphoria is a necessary part of being trans?? So basically if youâre trans and comfortable with your body (regardless of what if any transitioning that has taken place) youâre not âreallyâ trans. They also seem to make a point of making fun of young trans people who they believe are only doing it to be trendy, as well as people who use pronouns other than he/she/they. They basically are trying to craft this weird trans people elite club where only the transiest of trans people are allowed in based on these ridiculous rules theyâve created and itâs awful and very toxic.
But honestly again I am cis and not part of that community so I very well might have some of that stuff wrong so please correct me if so.
the stupidest thing in the entire harry potter series was when they go down to the slytherin dormitory and itâs all dark and slimy and freezing and shit. as if lucius malfoy would let his son live in squalor like that. the house with the highest concentration of spoiled purebloods are happy to live under the goddamn lake? no.
wow this is the #1 best harry potter criticism i have ever read
"made-up genders"
ah, yes, as opposed to natural, organic genders harvested from the Gender Tree in the far-off, mystical Gender Land
free range gender
gluten free gender
I canât believe itâs not gender
As long as it's not processed.
I just sold my desktop to cover a security deposit that was $250 more than I expected because the landlady told us not to worry about a fee since we have a small cat. And I still have insane schoolwork to focus on while preparing to move in a single day. Stress.
I spoke to Frank Meeink, a former white supremacist, and Michael Kimmel, a professor of sociology, about the menâs rights movement, and I found out that it has less in common with any civil rights or equality movement than it does with neo-Nazis.
Yes, yes, yes.
Read this- itâs a fantastic summary of all the reasons why MRA groups are as intrinsically pathetic as they are detestable- Namely for preying on and fostering hatred in the insecure but otherwise harmless, a trait common to âmovementsâ like this (relatives of pseudoreligious cults like Scientology, which foster dependency through a false sense of belonging).
