I love the episode structure of LOST because so often it’s a very serious storyline paired with a very unserious storyline. It’s always something like

“John’s dad steals his kidney and leaves him for dead. Back on the island, Sawyer gets a new pair of glasses.”

“Sayid is held captive and brutally tortured while Hurley golfs.”

“Charlie deals with horrific PTSD after being kidnapped, hanged and revived. Meanwhile, Jack, Kate, and Sawyer, toss a bag back and forth.”

“Boone is tied up, drugged, and left for dead in the dangerous jungle while Hurley battles a tummy ache.”

“Sawyer looks for the boar who peed on his shirt while Charlie comes to terms with taking a man’s life.”

“Hurley deals with the very real possibility he might be losing his sanity and spiraling into a deep depression while Locke makes Claire a birthday present.”

Bob’s tweet made the whole fandom go into panic mode, so here’s a little rant to calm you down if you’re part of the crowd that jumped to conclusions as soon as you read it:

I saw people wondering if he was talking about the interview with Jason a couple of days ago (when he claimed we misinterpreted Bellamy’s reasons for saving Clarke) or if he was referring to the scripts for season 7 (possible Bellamy’s death or non-canon Bellarke). 

Ok so, first of all, Bob mentioned the ‘misinterpreting’ thing, which alone refers to the interview. But if we think about it, the scripts for season 7 haven’t all been written yet. If I’m not mistaken, they finished the 3rd episode this week, which means that there’s no way they could’ve either killed Bellamy or confirmed platonic Bellarke in only 3 episodes! If any of those things were to happen (God forbid) it’d be in the finale. Plus, we all know how Bob doesn’t really live for social media and he probably only saw the interview now. 

I know we’re so used to assuming negative things because we’ve been dealing with this since season 1, but I honestly believe Bob was just talking about the interview. Jason’s bullshit annoyed not only the fans, but an actor as well and he’s calling him out on that (and I’m living for the shade, Bob really said ‘Bellarke rights’). 

Also, can we talk about the ‘6 years’ thing? He’s shipped Bellarke from the start and he’s fighting for us.
